I've had my HTC-one for a little over 2 weeks and its just amazing all the things it can do and just how smart and intuitive it is. Wish I had switched earlier. I keep learning more about it everyday. Mind is officially blown.

I just bought this phone today because my other phone which I have used for years (S2) died and wouldn't charge. The Black Friday Weekend Special was too good of an offer to pass up esp. for a broke working girl. I only use FB, IG and like to download music. I also play at most two games - Sims Freeplay and Hay Day which seems to take a lot of battery power. My phone has been gettting HOT- as I am playing/charging. I also started getting the blinking orange/red light. I googled and many others have problems with overheating. (Phone dies while watching videos and won't turn back on. It doesn't even let you charge because it is overheated) Found a relative easy way around it (also googled) but it worries me a little about future use. I also disabled some apps I do not use which helps too. If you get this phone, I suggest disabling and uninstalling apps you do not use. Everything else is fine. I am not a crazy gamer, nor is this phone for business, nor am I a talker/texter and the phone got HOT playing games and DL-ing. I'm ok with keeping the phone because all I really need it for is those two games and some music - and to check emails for work. It gets easy to navigate if you play around with it. I just dont like that there isnt a contacts icon on the main bar. Just want to warn buyers - please be aware that this phone has this overheating issue. Everything else - ESP SOUND I LOVE

This is the greatest phone I have ever had. I definitely recommend purchasing this phone.

The HTC One for Sprint is an amazing high-end smartphone with all the latest features and specs offered by HTC.

Made the mistake of getting the HTC when the wife got the Samsung S4. One week later she was laughing as I returned mine to get the S4. Better screen much better battery life better camera. Dont know what I was thinking...

This is absolutely one of the best cell phones I have bought to date. I purchased the blue one (bestbuy exclusive color) for my 16 year old son and he absolutely loves it. Everything about it is great. No complaints!

Camera no longer produces decent picture unless in direct sunlight. Images without lots of direct sunlight or artificial light produce a purple/pink tint. This is steadily reproducible and not intermittent. This issue is common with these HTC M7s and HTC will not honor a free repair due the fact I'm outside of the warranty window. I have attached a photo taken with this phone.

I really like this phone and wish it did not have the death grip reception problem. It provides snappy responses and has good speech quality. However, if you grip the phone at its bottom, the signal level can drop between 20 to 25dB. That is a lot of signal loss. Attached link is a YouTube video I found that described the problem. I have contacted HTC and hope that they could provide a satisfactory answer before my 14-day trial period ends. I also find the pictures distort a bit. But that is not a deal breaker.

great phone love it i came from the 4G LTE a little different

I purchase my phone back in Dec. and also an otterbox to protect the phone. Since my purchase i have gone thru 4 phones. All had hardware issue: Mic went out no one could hear me. Second phone kept crashing, 3rd phone after it was programmed I left the store and mic did not work. Went back into the store and they reprogrammed the second phone. 4th phone I was done. So far I have spent 4 extra hours not counting re-entering email info etc. Called HTC, I acted very professionally and I asked for fair treatment. HTC customer service policies stink. They take you money and do not provide service . This is a bad corp with bad products. Do not invest your time or money in this company. I also wish to commend Bestbuy for providing high customer service A+ for helping me get out of this phone.

This phone is an overhyped let down. Thanks goodness for Best Buy's awesome return policy.
