I love my HTC M8. I switched from iOS to Android. iOS is nice it itself but tired of Apple restrictions. Perhaps what I like most about the HTC Ones are the speakers. Very good sound, with bass, for when you might want to listen without buds. And HTC's Andriod is snappy.

After walking away from the iPhone(s) I have truly embrace my HTC M8. One of my coworkers had one; and I always loved the design and features that came with the phone. While its a little over size for my pockets, I wouldn't trade my phone for anything. Its like carrying a mini PC in my pocket with the phone part of it as a feature. I recommend anyone who is in the market for one, try it with an open mind! You won't be disappointed.

I got this phone to replace my aging Lumia 920 Windows Phone. It really liked the WP experience, just not the lack of apps. Needless to say, androids don't have that problem. My only real gripes with this device are that the power button is on top and is sometimes hard to reach when I hold the device in my left hand. Also, while the boom sound is great I don't think it's spectacularly better/louder than my 920 was or even my wife's Galaxy Note 4. Otherwise, it's a beautifully designed device that feels good in your hands. I love that it's not huge like the Note 4 or OnePlusOne (also a great phone if you want something that size). It's super-responsive and has expandable memory. Finally, don't let the "only 1080p" screen bother you. At these screen sizes, a 4k screen is a complete waste pixels and battery life. It would be nice if the camera could capture in 4k, but I guess that'll have to wait for my next phone.

Coming from an S4. The main reason I switched is because of Samsung not allowing to unlock bootloaders on carrier locked models. Now, one feature that I love the most is the camera. The size of the pictures is almost 10 times smaller than those from most other phones, while still preserving outstanding resolution when watching on a big screen. The battery would last all day to a moderate user. The design is, well, priceless. The only thing I don't like is the not swappable battery, but that's what makes it sleek.

With Android 4.4.4 and power saver enabled, battery life easily lasts all day. Recharge is quick. Enjoy large display. Screen touch typing using fingers is OK, but easier with stylus. Camera work well - has useful features. Overall pleased with phone.

HTC one m8 is hands down the best smartphone of the year in all aspects of performance, craftsmanship, stereo speakers, screen display, not to mention the HTC advantage program. HTC offers free screen replacement for first six months if cracking or shatter occurs as well as 2 years of android updates! That kind of customer loyalty can't be unnoticed!

I love how there is 3 cameras on this phone. Feels great in your hands. Loud speakers. Overall great phone for an android

I am loving this phone everyday. I bought android to get rid of apple as i was done with them. This is my first non apple phone and totally worth the change. A few pluses Nice large screen and resolution Level of customization is incredible. You can search for any possible customization of your settings and youll find it expandable memory Minuses battery takes too long to charge. no default sound equalizer for the otherwise high quality sound system

It was time to replace my original HTC One phone. It is a little larger than I had hoped for, but I love the phone. I am adjusting to the size. The sound quality for music is fabulous! The screen is so clear & bright. And of course, fantastic pictures. Why would anyone want an iPhone?

So far so good, good reception, good battery, good camera, I am not a high tech person so it is pretty easy to navigate. Still have gotten thru everything but each discovery makes it better

This is my second HTC phone and I the camera on this one is better than the previous generation. I like having the speakers on the front which makes talking on the speaker phone easier. Good sound quality and very good battery life.

This is my first android phone and I am pleased with it. I had a iPhone before and the transition has been smooth. Its a good phone with speakers, camera, & a great screen.

Fantastic pictures, great sound and size is perfect! I switched from using iphones for 4 years, this being my first android and I am not disappointed.I switched because pictures are not the same on an iphone over an android and who can carry a camera everywhere? This phone has won me over, the size was something I had to get used to but now I found it is great for watching videos! The sound quality is very good as well, especially with the speakers on the front. The picture quality allows me to take more pictures and it isn't as obvious I took them from a cell phone. My only complaint is that the battery life seems a bit short but nothing shorter than your average cell phone, I was just hoping with all the new technology it would last a little longer than average. I also wish there were more accessories, but hopefully that will come in time. Very pleased, it will be hard for me to ever go back to iphones!

best Android hardware Solid built, easy to use, quality product

I opt for standard delivery and got my phone in 3 days. I have used Samsung s4 and iPhone 6. I have got this one for my friend on his interest. When I opened the box and hold it, my first feeling was same as holding any current smart phone in the market. Perhaps it has very solid body than other smart phones. Screen surface was smooth and The vibration on touching the screen was cool. Though the picture resolution is less, I can live with it. Overall it is a very good deal for the price I got it.

This phone has good processor with large screen to play and enjoy watching videos.

I was looking for a replacement for my lumia 900 windows phone and initially thought about the M7 but through some alterations in my plan, the BB associate was able to work out a pragmatic alternative. although a bulkier phone, it also seems more solid than the plastic alternatives (at this point, thought about the S5 as well). the visuals of the phone are eye-popping and the front spacing boom speakers are a boon (large improvement over the bottom location of the previous phone). another improvement is the access to the google play store which is much more variegated than windows. I do applaud the windows o/s for its ease of use so was a good foray into the smartphone realm but there's definitely more leeway with android (which can be frustrating at times). I just wish the stores had the gunmetal color available (I prefer to call mine copper instead of gold).

I am not one that likes to change my phone but needed to in order to be compatible with another device I was using. This phone was easy to navigate and use and has many new features that I didn't have before. My only complaint is that phones are getting so big and I prefer the mid size. My last phone was the Atrix and it was the perfect size.

This is the third HTC phone I have had. It is the best by far.

I love this phone. I was an Apple user for years and now have joined team Droid. The phone is sleek, fast, and very durable compared to other phones in its class. Highly Recommend.
