It’s solid, comfortable and easy to use. It takes me less time time for a full workout than it used to take me just to get to the gym. We live it

great machine, membership is a scam

Now that I have regained enough function to start, I love it. It forces me to use muscles I otherwise would not be able to use and is building strength, tone, and endurance. I subtracted a star because the very poor service from the membership team. I’d suggest skipping the membership and finding other ways to get instruction. I REALLY dislike the constant adds for upgrading membership on the screen.

Amazing and good

However, i also have a Peloton. So, when you compare app functionality and ability, playlist diversity and instructor quality - which should be comparable because this rower is more money - it is just "good" at that point.
