Haven't tried the card reader yet but I am guessing it will work fine. Wish it connected a little more tightly to the side of the MacBook. It's not going to fall out or anything - just wish it were really snug. Of course Apple has put all these ports back on the newest model (late 2021).

For the money more versatility than expected

While the plug is a bit kludgy, if it becomes too wonky, I will attach a USB C male to female cable to the port and let it rip.

So it seems a little bit loose. Also the hdmi slot does not seem to work with my projector system. I’ve tried changing the settings on my laptop, but can’t figure it out.

Ok Dock Sation

Not the highest end of docking stations. Our only knock on it is that it can heat up pretty bad if left plugged in for long periods of time

I can use it to plug in a printer, connect it to my TV, or whatever it may be. I love it & is a great value.

Good but maybe better for Mac

My only complaint would be that because it’s maybe more taylored for Mac, it doesn’t quite sit flush when plugged in and could over time either damage the laptop/device(or both).

Apple products perform better with Apple accessories.

This thing is perfect, relatively secure once connected, and has everything we need!
