Does what I need and expected. Do have a concern about longtime use however...will the "plug" hold up longterm as the only thing connecting it to the computer? Probably not an issue if working at a desk or flat surface...time will tell if it holds up on a laptop.

The multiple ports are a most. Hyperdrive has the minimum ports on new computer...

It is a must for my laptop if I want to access many different USB ports. I can have my passport storage and phone connected to access my work.

Bought this for my Macbook Pro and it allows acces to USB ports , headphone jack and sd cards that otherwise wouldn't be accessible.

I bought this product, after it was recommended to me by the Sales Representative, to use with the new Lenovo Yoga 920 I just purchased. It has worked great for me except for one minor drawback, it kills the sound going to the 920's speakers. While not a big deal for me, it might concern others, thus the 4 rating.

I bought this so that I could have a couple of USB slots on my MacBook Pro and it does absolutely everything I would expect it to do.

Great addition to my M1 MacBook Pro. Only concern is the price seems a little high.

This is nice to have so you can plug in several devices and use with your MacBook instead of just one

I was skeptical and unsure about getting this at first. There were cheaper options but ultimately I landed with this dock. The build quality of the dock is solid and it’s as easy as plugging it in. The connection may not be fully secured but as long as you’re not walking around and moving the computer, the dock connection should be fine. Overall it does what it says and has quick download/upload capabilities.

The only thing missing is the video port. I was hoping to connect my new MacBook Air to the TV HDMI with the connector cable which had been used on my older MacBook Air. My mistake for not checking it out in advance. Other than that, this is a great device.

I really like this but i don’t like how flimsy it can be. It holds itself down a bit due to weight

I have not had a problem with the charging or usb ports, but I have always had a difficult time getting my SD card recognized. I work as a professional photographer, and it is quite frustrating waiting 10-15 mins just to get the card recognized. The product also disconnects with the slightest movement after it is plugged in. I have both of these problems on a daily basis for every use. I have had it for a year, and it was just as bad when I first got it, compared to now. I've only held onto it for so long, since I am trying to save up for a different setup. Very disappointed, since I want to be an Apple fan for their products.

All in one connection, unfortunately the new Macs doesn't have the connections that we need but this device will solve your problem.

I purchase a lot of digital movies through iTunes and this adapter allows me to watch those movies on my TV through my laptop.

Since the newest iPad has no USB or any ports this is a handy edition. It makes the iPad more like a laptop.

Works great for all you plug in needs! The design is awesome too and is really stable and secure.

I got this when it was on sale. It’s good and works, but it does heat up really fast. I wish it had more USB 3.0 slots.
