Good product just doesnt always fit in the port as well as I think it should but definetely works for what I need.

Great add on to my new computer. Only issue is that I had to have my husband cut a portion of my new shell protector in order of it to be flush with my computer and as not to damage the connector. Design flaw.

Very useful and fits well with my MacBook pro since it doesn't have other ports

I am a computer "Dummie" and have limited eyesight. Took my MacBook to Best Buy to purchase a wireless mouse. Salesperson said I had to have this also. No explanation of which outlet to plug it in on the computer or what could possibly be connected to this attachment.

I would have never thought to get this but my granddaughter has one for her Apple laptop and it comes in handy when we need to use it. I love hooking my laptop up to the Tv and sharing photos or videos and watching movies with the family.

Good for the price and for the fact it does what you need it too. It looks nicer than it feels in your hand - which is pretty light and cheap. Because it’s cheaply made, it doesn’t align evenly with the lines of my laptop (2017 MacBook Pro). For the price vs. other options, it’s fine.

You're not buying this for excitement....it's not a laptop or a big screen TV. It's not even a coffee maker that brings you a new lease on life every morning. All you need this to do is work. It does.

There are various adapter products available from Amazone but I'm a big fan of seeing what I'm getting before I plunk down my hard earned cash. This marvelous little dongle gives back all the functionality that streamlining took away. I bought it for the card reader but the best feature of all is the HDMI port...something MacBook Pro's have always lacked. It works as advertised and looks like it was made by Apple though it clearly isn't...everything just matches really well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that its a little bit wobbly. I worry that over time the wobble might put stress on the USB port of the laptop. This thing is a little on the big side so its putting lots of leverage on the port. That said, if you just leave it in or take it out whenever you pickup the laptop there shouldn't be any stress on the port beyond plugging and unplugging anything else in there. Right? Right...If I was going to do it all over again, I'd get one with the double USB port just because it looks like it would be more stable.

I bought this because the tech said he personally used for his computer. He was right easy to use and gives all the options I was looking for. Easy set up and works as advertised

Was given bad door from an Apple associate that this work with my MacBook Pro and other accessories for that lap top. Does not support a DVD player. Returned to BB before experimne with anything else. Not very solid when attached to the MBP. Looks nice, however.

If you have an Mac Air this device works great to connect USB and other docking devices.

This is definitely a necessity considering MacBook airs do not come with any USB or HDMI ports.

Works great for Macbook Pro. Can connect my seagate hard drive 2tb to watch videos and play movies. Also has HDMI input to see your laptop screen on the tv overall good buy worth the price.

It fit! I’m so grateful they make these little gadgets for apples. I wouldn’t be able to use my computer too much without it. I’m getting great use out of my computer now!
