Audio downer

I bought a similar product that only plugs into the USB-C ports rather than USBC and audio jack. The dual USBC one works like a dream. I expected to have audio jack access with this product, but that doesn't work at all. Disappointed. I suppose it's broken. I love the idea, but that feature coupled with a few extra ports was the reason I purchased this product.
