Lasted 3 months so far with minimal issues. If it doesn’t connect to my external monitor for some reason, I just have to disconnect and plug it back in. No confusing software needed. A bit on the expensive side...

However, it works great and I was able to purchase it when it was on sale. I mostly needed this so I can add another screen when I'm working on projects. The size is also great and its easy to connect.

Isn't ideal for your lap which is frustrating because it's for a laptop. It is really expensive to just be an adapter but it does have everything you need. Also has a small extension cable (usb-c to usb-c so that you can connect and set it on something without feeling like you are going to put too much pressure on the device. I would buy it again but the price is a huge turn off.

HyperDrive DUO confusing eject messages

Or when I do eject my external drive or SD card, I get an error that it wasn't properly ejected. It's a great way to expand ports, but seems a little sensitive.

Could be better

It could have been better design to fit with case. Plus it’s very expensive. So it will have to do for now bc I need those ports.
