There's a gap between the port and the computer. There's a cord that lets you still plug the port in and lets you use the second USB-C port on your computer, but it looks sloppy. I wouldn't mind as much if it was cheaper, but for this price, I'd expect much better fitment.

It doesn't quite sit flush and can lose connection quite easily with a little bump.

The blue st the back should be in the side since it’s usually the biggest. If it’s even slightly tapped the connection becomes weak and I have to unplug it so my monitor can turn back on.

The hub is too loose for my 2020 MacBook Pro 16". You have to adjust it regularly (think blowing into nintendo 8 bit cartrige to allow connecting to game) because it does NOT fit like a glove, as it should. You are better off buying a cheaper product that does the same thing.

I recommend purchasing it with your MacBook Pro so you don't have to make a second trip when you realize it is needed. My salesman suggested I get it, for which I am thankful.

The size, weight and thin-ness of it is great...I leave it plugged in all the time and am able to close the screen down and carry it away without any issues.

I would definitely appreciate something that was sturdier (and less easy to lose). I can't keep it plugged in when I move my laptop from place to place and it's too easy to lost the small adapter.
