Hyperdrive

I can not close my Macbook while it is attached which I actually do every day at my desk to allow computer to connect to my monitor. It is VERY HARD to plug things into and remove.

It matches the MacBook Pro space gray perfectly. The design is very thoughtful, allowing you to attach the hub to either side. Just be careful when inserting SD cards! They sit in the slot very shallowly (but firmly).

Hyper ++ Drive (7-IN-2)

I also prefer a mouse and use a wireless two button mouse instead of the Apple Magic blue tooth mouse with one button; so naturally I use one of the full size USB ports for the mouse.

This is the only way you can connect card readers and other usb hubs to it.

Great Hub, Slight Drawback

The only drawback is that the black support piece (which can be removed but I think necessary for stability) prevents you from closing a MacBook all the way.

Does not snap into MacBook Pro tightly.
