When I bought this I had my doubts, though after using it for a week now. I wish I had bought it sooner. Go with the 7 port and double USB-C hub.

I guess is reasonable as I do not have a chance to fully use yet. I still have my MacPro not fully configure yet. This small item is definitely good for space, it is compact, easy to carry around on travel.

Talk about a necessary item for your MacBook Air. Without it, you'll be miserable.

Only wish it had an ethernet port otherwise it would get 5 stars for solid quality of the product and how firm it fits into the MacBook... its a must have for anybody who has connected devices and a MacBook

Purchased this hub for my hubby as BD gift, he loves the magnetic grip that fitting perfectly with the Macbook pro, he also likes the quality and the compatibility for this Duo hub.

This docking station is awesome. It allows me to utilize other wires/cords needed to use dual monitors with another computer. Great purchase.

Better than their cheaper one which messed up on me, this one comes with a cable that prevents it from disconnecting which I really fw

It doesn't stay in the ports as seamlessly as I'd hoped it would, I am often scared it will get dragged out accidentally and that I won't be able to use it. I also don't like that it isn't good to charge the laptop through this extension which means if you have the new 13 inch you have to do on or the other since the ports are only on one side of the computer and this is plugged in both Otherwise its a great product the majority of the issue lies with how apple made their product. This product is way too expensive for what it is though. it should be cheaper.

So far this hub works great! I've used it for mouse and keyboard dongles, and USB drives and SD cards. It seems to be pretty fast - I haven't noticed particularly slow speeds in data transfer. I like that the attached bar adds stability and helps keep the hub in place better than my previous hub. And I like that the bar can be reversed to be used on either side of my MacBook Pro. The product info suggested that hub could remain in place while the laptop is closed, but I don't recommend it. While that added piece between the laptop screen and keyboard is minimal, I did notice that the laptop did not seem to close all the way and I wanted to avoid that added stress on my machine.

This product is a good investment since the new MacBook Pro do not have any outlets but for the charger

I purchased, at the salesperson's recommendation, this unit because it has two points of connection which we were told would make it more stable. While that likely is the case, it is still very wobbly - seems a bit fragile. Not sure it was worth the extra high price.

Great product , I bought for my MacBook Air. This adapter allows me to successfully connect supporting cables/cords to my Mac, I am able to actually charge my iPhone while using my Mac, this is very convenient, especially if your an editor like myself and are always on the go
