    usbc pins are wobbly after a year of use, wouldnt connect to laptop. they were a bit wobbly and would disconnect and reconnect if we touch the set up, but today, they wont stay connectd to laptop for more than 2 seconds while we maually hold the hub in a certain position.

    The product works but you have to really cram it into the ports to make a connection. It also sticks out a little farther than I would like. This was recommended by the sales associate, I probably would not have bought it without the recommendation and I wish I hadn’t.
