Stopped Working After 2 Months

My laptop remains stationary, as does the peripheral monitor that was attached to this, so it's not like this has had any wear and tear. Moreover, I've verified through other adapters that all my other external peripherals and dongles work as expected, and it is in fact this product that stopped working. Pretty crummy that it also happens just outside of the return policy so I'm out $100 for a product I hardly got to use

Didn’t have to install anything & it looked great paired w/ my new M1 MacBook PRO! Nice carrying case & a 3” cord if you’d rather have it not flush on the PC. It’s an absolute must yes you pan the M1 MacBook Pro due to the limited plug-in options! It works with a Spek hardcover case & doesn’t impede any genera function of the computer. Great addition……

Poor Design, Hard to Connect devices

The device does not connect securely to MacBook Air 2020 but instead protrudes from the USB C ports. The cover provided only works when the computer is open and then partially covers the microphone/speakers. Also, connections are difficult to use. Needed to add devices before connecting to computer as a result. Hard to disconnect. Poor design in my opinion. Does work however but I will return to find something better made, especially for the money.
