Its good for what it offers, but there're better.

The only issue I have with the HyperDrive is that it's very flimsy/fragile when connected. If you disconnect a USB, in the process, you most likely will also disconnect everything else. There have been plenty of times where I have disconnected my USB and it disconnects my other hard drive, my monitor. It's annoying, its really annoying. But again, good for what it offers, if your Mac is on a table it works very well, but if angle on like a stand, its very flimsy.

Had to exchange for an other one

The HDMI port is always tricky and sometimes doesn’t work. Brand new Mac so I don’t it’s the Mac ports. Had to get a second one and the second one does better

Not as advertised!

The "magnetic strip" supposed to help the hub adhere firmly to the side of the laptop was actually a piece of black plastic which adhered to nothing. When I put it on the hub, the hub did not fit firmly on the side and was easily knocked off. If I left it off, there was a gap between the hub and the computer, which was also not secure. I returned it.

Must have for MacBook Users

Apple had made their own versions, but they are all subpar to this 7-in-one hub that cost a fraction of what you would pay Apple for all of the included ports. Plus, this space gray and other silver color match perfectly with the respective Macbooks. I highly recommend is hub!

Ok. Some ports don’t work.

Solid USB C Hub

It has powerful sufficient USB c support charging pass through and supports 4k 60hz HDMI. Con: There is a gap between the USB c port connections and my MacBook air m1. I wish Hyper will improve this model and remove the gap. They do include a magnetic strip for added stabilization.
