Customers are saying

Customers regard the DUO 7-Port USB-C Hub favorably for its USB-C and other ports, compatibility with various devices, and ease of use due to its magnetic design. Many appreciate its quality and the additional ports it provides, along with its thoughtful design. However, some customers experienced issues with the fit and connection stability, and some reported that the device gets warm during use. The overall user experience appears to be positive, despite some reported drawbacks.

Unfortunately this device stopped working after a few short months. I purchased this in January. Initially I did not like the way it fit on my computer. The connecting wire was flimsy. I could not connect it to my computer while charging if I chose not to use the adapter. I tried it out anyway. As of today the USB ports have stopped working. I can no longer use my wireless mouse or keyboard. I tried to use universal products with my MacBook however I have decided to bite the bullet and pay for apple products. An apple mouse and an apple keyboard will eliminate my need for this device. It was nice while it lasted, but, you get what you pay for. I am slightly disappointed.

I love this thing, but I hate taking off my case to use it. Second time buying it!

I would definitely recommend this item when purchasing a MacBook. It has all the extra components you need that would be on a Microsoft computer. Fits snug, and has all the extra ports you would need.

Great mini dock and port replicator, would prefer a Display Port instead or the HDMI, but it works fine.

The only downfall is or doesn’t have an Ethernet port. Aside from that, it works for what I need it for.

This is great instead of having an adapter attached to a cable. The only thing is with the case being on my Mac I have to take the black magnetic part off then it fits perfect.

Like that it has a lot of plugs but don’t like that you can’t close your lab top you have to take off.

Works perfectly with my Mac Air M2. Only downside is you can’t charge your Mac with it attached and it doesn’t come in matching colors

Amazing little additional component for my Macbook that only has 2 USB-C slots. This has an HDMI port, two USB-3.0 ports, a MicroSD slot, SD Card slot, and two more USB-C slots!

My last 7 port product was always shorting out and while this was definitely a little pricey, it was totally worth it! I also love the magnetic grip that comes with! Great product

This HyperDrive fits poorly into my MacBook Pro. Unlike my original HyperDrive (same brand) I purchased 3 years ago, it does not plug all the way in. In addition, it very difficult to plug and unplug accessories into the drive.

Color perfectly matches my Space Gray MacBook Air. But two problems: 1. VERY difficult to remove standard USB devices from the USB ports. Two hand needed, and it feels like I'm going to break something. This is a deal killer for me, it's way way more than an annoyance, I'm going to return it. 2. SD cards need to be inserted UPSIDE DOWN. You only figure this out when you try to put one in the way 99.99% of us would think to insert it, right side up. Annoyance, I would not return it for this, but the USB problem is completely unacceptable. Other than that, a very nice design. Doesn't matter, I'll take an ugly duckling if I don't need to fight with it. This is a NEGATIVE 5 stars for ease of use.
