Probably the best USB-C hub out there right now! It’s great for working from home with our current condition. I love the magnetic grip since I haven’t seen this on other hubs and it makes it quite sturdy on the MacBook Pro. When I want to switch over to using my iPad, I can use the extension cable and still use the same hub. Versatile and great fast data transfer!

Great product. Gets very warm/hot after moderate use. Other than that it’s a great buy.

A good buy but a little expensive I found another on Amazon that works just as well. Obviously BestBuy has to mark up to make a profit

I liked that, it has many usb slots & and the color matches with my laptop. Highly reccomend it to anyone looking for a good USB-C 2 USB adapter.

Fast speeds and works good but gets EXTREMELY hot and by proxy it makes my laptop hotter than it normally should be. I contacted support and they said that it is normal to operate at 117 F, that's hotter than my laptop ever runs! For something that costs 10% of what my brand new MacBook costs, I figured I'd get a higher quality product. Also I never use it with the bracket since you can't close your laptop with it on which is just awful design, I've almost broken my screen twice because of the bracket. Makes me really wish apple would hurry it up with this wireless future they keep talking about so I never have to use it again.

They say this thing is supposed to be designed exclusively for the MacBook Pro, but I don't feel comfortable shutting the lid with this weird adapter attached, with the bezel clipped on. But on the other hand, if you take it off, it leaves this big, awkward gap between the laptop and the adapter. There's still a small gap even if you use the bezel. Gonna take it back. Not worth a hundred bucks. Wouldn't use this if you paid me to. I'll stick to Apple's USB-C adapters. I feel as if just using this thing would void the warranty on a new MacBook.

I needed a new dongle unit for my MacBook Pro in a pinch, found it at the Best Buy close by. This item worked perfect!

I choose this expensive adapter for a couple reasons. 1- the design matches the look of my space gray MacBook. I hate the fact that apple is making us buy these things in the first place, so looking like it belongs on my computer was important to me. 2- has all the ports I would need. Mainly hdmi and SD. I’m a photographer who uses an external monitor, SD cards and a SSD to store files. I usually have all of these ports filled when I’m working. So those are the pros. Lots of ports, and looks nice. The cons: - the plastic piece makes it so you cannot close your laptop. In fact, if you tried to without thinking about it, you’d likely break your computer. - ports are unreliable. Mostly SD. But also hdmi and sometimes the usb c ports. It’s gotten worse over time and is now to the point where the SD port works 50% of the time. Then I have to stop working so I can troubleshoot a device that costs $100 and cannot fulfill its singular purpose.

This hub is a perfect fit a color to match my new MacBook Pro. The magnetic strip and double USB C inputs make it very sturdy when mounted and keeps it from getting knocked loose while using!

It haphazardly sits in the USB-C drives, wobbles around with the slightest of movements losing connection and reconnecting which is a pain when you are charging or trying to use the HDMI port. The SD card readers don't work, the USB ports are spotty. I'm upset I spent so much money on something that feels like it came from Wish.com Avoid at all costs

Fit perfectly fine with my MacBook Pro 16", got all the ports I need to get things done. Strongly recommend this hub to MacBook Pro users.
