Does not perform as advertised

In order to maintain a connection I have to hold it with one hand while I try to work. It is so frustrating. It’s a great idea but it doesn’t perform as advertised. I’ve been to the website for customer service but there isn’t any. Save your money and try another one.

I was able to charge using this item like normal, but It was never able read any of the memory card slots. I flipped it either directions and always got the same results. My iPad did recognize that an attachment plugged in for about 5 seconds then the little symbol on the top right corner would disappear. Any ideas?

Don’t get it!

But as time went on I could tell that it was causing me problems. It on charges on one side of my computer. It constantly detaches itself even if the blue light is on. Don’t purchase this product it’s 70 dollars and it’s not worth the cost.

Slippery

I noticed some other similar products online and saw they had a magnetic grip. Sorry, I think I made the wrong choice and brought this device.

Go with the Anker one, great build, works with the keyboard, and literally is almost identical in design. As mentioned, returned and purchased Anker instead

Poorly Designed

Connection is very loose and even with changing the little plastic piece to compensate for a screen protector, a slight bump would cause it to fall out. I don’t recommend

Came with no instructions and has tiny screws that are very hard to pick up and no instructions on where they go.

Check Your Device Port! Lightening or USB-C?
