Didn't Work on My ASUS Vivobook

Unfortunately, the HDMI port didn't work. The other ports, USB-A and -C, worked. I may try to exchange it to see if a bad unit.

Don’t buy from bestbuy

It died after a short time.

It was an open box sale item which may have been the issue. I have the same brand, different model on another laptop which has performed flawlessly for a few years and I thought this would be a great choice. My poor experience may have just been this unit and not an indication of the quality of other units of this model.

When I plug them in on the first day it work. But since then I tried using it again and it will not work
