Item arrived in good shape and well packaged. My daughter ai around 60lbs and it is able to reach just under the 10mph advertised. Battery life so far has been good. Very solid deck. On the cons side it is very loud. She also feels the kickstand is a little hard for her to bring up and down so she leans it against the walls. It also lacks a convenient locking loop or mechanism if out and about.

Decent scooter for kiddos. Battery time is around 25-30 minutes, which is why I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars. For kids, 45-60 minutes of battery life would be ideal. But it’s sturdy & easy to use

I bought this for my youngest after getting e-scooters for my older kids, but honestly, I shouldn’t have. He’s afraid of it—the speed seems to make him uncomfortable, and he refuses to ride it. On the other hand, it doesn’t go to waste. My 9-year-old sister rides it whenever she visits, and she and my 10-year-old son (who has a Segway) love cruising around the neighborhood together until the battery runs low. It’s not as fast as the Segway, which actually makes it a better fit for younger kids. One downside is that it doesn’t fold, so it’s not the most convenient for storage or travel. But if your child is comfortable riding it, it’s definitely worth it.

awesome and fun scooter but after year two the battery burnt out and doesn’t charge or move anymore!

I purchased the Hyper Ripper Kids Electric Scooter for my 8-year-old son, and it has exceeded our expectations. It was easy to assemble, and he was riding it within minutes. The 10 mph top speed is fast enough to be exciting for a child while still feeling manageable and safe with proper supervision and safety gear. The battery life has been excellent for our family. I highly recommend this scooter ot was just right. Speed wasn't to slow nor fast the height is perfect. Easy to transport and plug in for a great recharge

I bought the Hyper - Ripper Scooter for my son this Christmas, and it’s been a huge hit! He absolutely loves it. The scooter has a 10mph max speed and a 6.5-mile range, which is perfect for his age. It’s fast enough to keep things exciting but still safe for him to ride around our neighborhood. The 90W motor is just the right power for a smooth ride, and the pressure throttle is easy for him to control. He’s been able to get the hang of it really quickly. Overall, this scooter is the perfect balance of fun, safety, and durability.

My younger daughter is loved this scooter but one negative sounding a lot while driving

The scooter is light weight and extremely fun for my grandson. Me moves around back yard quickly and loves it. If has a good amount of speed for him.

This was a great Christmas gift for my grandkid. It works very well. Perfect starter electric scooter. A little loud, but a great gift.

My kid loves it and so do I! However, it runs out of battery so fast. I purchased and adult bike so we can enjoy riding it in trails. But after 1.5 miles his scooter died. I wish it lasted longer and we love going on long trail rides

Good looks, easy assembly, simple to use. Speed is ok for a toddler but kind of slow for 8+ kid. But a worthy buy for the first electric scooter for an 8 yo.

Purchased the scooter mid December. The scooter looks cool! Assembled (easy) and charged (easy) per instructions (simple and easy!) We were very excited! However, the Scooter does not work, it doesn't turn on. There is also no light on the scooter (by design) to indicate if power is flowing or not, making it difficult to troubleshoot. I called support for a week with no answer. I finally emailed and received a response requesting more information. I provided the information the same day but did not receive a response. After a few days I sent a follow up email. After sending two follow up emails, I received a shipping notification that a battery has been shipped. No one has spoken to me in detail about the issue. It's now late Jan and I'm waiting for the battery, which may or may not resolve the issue. This has been a frustrating experience that has consumed my time and simply removed the excitement of the new scooter. My child is no longer interested in this scooter.

Perfect for my 10yr old. Speed is good, not too fast to be a concern, yet fast enough for her to have fun. Would definitely recommend!

My son got it for his 8th birthday and it works great, but it is kind of loud, and to be honest its for kids under 9 because he is already out growing it.
