My grandson loves it. It could of had some type of safety break.

My son got it for his 8th birthday and it works great, but it is kind of loud, and to be honest its for kids under 9 because he is already out growing it.

Purchased for my son who had just turned 8. He wanted a blue electric scooter for Christmas. Shipped quickly, simple out of the box to build, one single piece to connect. The build quality seemed quite good, very sturdy. The issue was the battery itself wouldn’t maintain a charge and this made for a bummer Christmas afternoon he went outside to ride it. Charged it for 5 hours and it died within 50yds of the house. Charged it again, this time 7.5 hours same issue. Charged it overnight then and it lasted about 200yds and again died. This is when I boxed it back up to return and try a different scooter brand. Frustrating experience but returning to Best Buy was very easy. I’d probably still recommend but caveat there are some QC issues with the brand.

Awful quality and BestBuy customer service is abysmal. DO NOT BUY THI Product. We purchased this as a Christmas gift for our grandson in late Nov. He was finally able to use it in March, lasted 2 months and then it stopped holding a charge. My Grandson is 7 years old and was able to ride for maybe a total of 4 hours. Interesting note, we stopped shopping Best Buy for almost 5 years after an awful customer service experience. This was a chance to see if things improved, but they didn't. While the web site says 180-day warranty, but Best Buy only care if you spent the additional $50 for a protection plan. SO in the end, Best Buy sells inferior products and doesn't care about its customers. Just charge a price that allows you to assist customers when the product fails. In the end, I'll but a better quality scooter from a vendor I trust. I will not be giving Best Buy another chance...very disappointed, very poor customer experience, I won't be back !!!!

Good electric scooter for children with a decent battery time. Would have given it 5 stars but it states that the speed is up to 10 mph and that was clearly incorrect. Apart from that, it works great and has lasted a good while up until now

The kids electric scooter works great. It was a perfect gift for the price for my grandson. It was fast delivery, easy installation and worked as indicated.

Definitely a hit. They havent stopped zipping around on them, and its a fight to even get them outside usually. Not to crazy fast, but definitely not slow either!

Grandson has ridden for 2 mos and haven't had to recharge yet. He had a razor before but likes this foot brake better. Great price & great product, plus overnight shipping.

Decent product for my 8yo. Bought one for his birthday but it only lasted about a month before the throttle went out. Purchased a new one as a replacement and so far so good. I guess you could say you get your money's worth.
