    Sometimes you need to install backwards because it requires two port connections. I have trouble getting two devices to work at once. There are better options for the money.

    Bought it for my wife to review photos we had taken during a trip, but didn't realize until after we left the store it wont work with her Macbook as it has the Thule case and the adapter has to sit flush with the side of the Macbook when installed.

    This does work, but it is sensitive being plugged into the two usb 3.0 ports. The Adaptor can disconnect very easily from the laptop, so care needs to be taken to have both laptop and adaptor on a flat surface with not alot of movement. It does the job.

    1st one didn't work. Replacement worked better but is inconsistent. Don't know if it's my fault of the Citrix software I use for work. Now the USB port isn't working with my mouse. I'm planning to return it.
