    this is a great adapter, however I think this is more of a design flaw on Apple's end for this macbook. Wish this adapter had an ethernet port.

    I read the reviews before buying this and everybody said it's worth the money. I just picked up the new MacBook Pro only TWO DAYS AGO and decided to buy this accessory with it. Horrible mistake. I've used it exactly three times and it has already stopped working. Waste of $100

    Hyperdrive wouldn't stay plugged in to my MacBook pro. It's like the plugs were too long for the ports. But I love the options it gave.

    Good idea for using the USB-c ports for other uses however it has to rest directly on the computer so if you have any type of case it doesn't work.
