It allows me to connect to my devices The SD slots will compress and make it hard to insert card

This over heats my laptop. May have had a dysfunctional one, but it’s not worth the money. Had I used this right away. I would’ve known that I needed to take it back. My computer got so hot I couldn’t rest it on my lap. I had to put it up to the A/C to get my laptop to cool down quick.

This might prove to be useful, it seems to be needed since the base system doesn’t include but 2 basic ports

I love the design of it, it blends perfectly with my MacBook Pro, However the performance is bad really bad. If u have any usb device connect to it the wifi drops signal. (I think Hyperdrive did a terrible work Shielding the USB ports on the adapter). Definitely not worth 100$

This device has the potential to be amazing but fall short because of a design flaw. The port connect to two USB-C’s but any movement will cause it to lose connection and potentially corrupt your hard drive or external drives. It is a great and needed device but there needs to be better stability in connecting it to the laptop.

It works fine. But I just saw a much cheaper alternative from Anker that seems like a much better deal.

It is very useful because it has different ports but for my MacBook pro is not convenient for me.

Looked great a first but the laptop does not always charge. So I have to unplug and plug the hub back in.

It looks nice and works good but I placed my laptop on my bed and I heard a crack come from it. Still works good tho

This product is for my 15-year-old son. He states to me that the product is becoming loose when he attaches it to his MacBook Pro.

Difficult to insert two thumb drives at the same time. That being the case, could have saved $ buying a different one.

Did not fit well with a case and I returned it. Overall it worked as intended but if you have a case it may not fit.

I don't recommend this 7-port USB C hub. Honestly it fits very loosely on my macbook pro. Any slight movement and the hub becomes disconnected. The mere act of connecting and disconnecting usb devices makes it hard to keep connected to the macbook pro.

Item is clunky. Comes unplugged every time you plug in or in plug anything from it. Randomly loses connection

Overheats and eats up a lot of battery charge. Cannot use for long durations.

this attachment works perfectly transferring files is a breeze. However I do have 2 issues with it. the USB ports charges my phone super slow, and you have to tug a lil bit to unplug any usb cables which I don't like. The separation should be seamless like how it was on my old Mac with the actual port. other than those two issues id say its a great buy

When you insert the hyper drive with a drive then try to remove it come out of the Mac completely. Somewhat flimsy.

This works great for what it’s designed for, but it’s very hard to get it into and out of the USB-C ports

this is an amazing product! it's very beneficial, the only down side is that it's a bit wobbly.

Had to return because the plugs were not long enough to connect with the hard shell case
