This was a huge disappointment. I should have given up after I returned the model with one USB-C plug, which also had the same problem. The device did not stay plugged in, which disrupted data transfers, among other things. At one point I thought it might cause a short. I should have read the one-star reviews. I returned this one, too, and bought a hub made by a different company. That one works as advertised.

Good idea but the product really doesn’t fit securely in the ports.

Garbage! Only purchase this item if you want to replace it in a year! Way too expensive for something that doesn't last longer than a Cleveland Browns playoff run!

This thing does the job but feels so cheap and fragile.

If you have a clamshell case on your new MacBook Pro, you’ll soon discover that this push on hub won’t make a secure contact with the computer. It’s too long for the space. Not at all recommenced

I purchased this along with my Macbook Pro. This device cost me around $100.00. It does not fit firmly and slides in and out of the USB-C ports. In addition, it only worked for about 1 week. I tried calling B.B. and was told since I ordered my Macbook online (and picked up in store) that I would need to go to the Apple store. I did NOT purchase this device online, it was something I got and paid for while picking up my Macbook. This is not a good impression. I am an Elite Plus member and never have been turned away for buying a faulty product and trying to return it before.

Worked fine but the Memory Card reader wasn’t picking up at all

Check the usb compatiblity on your Mac before you buy.

Doesnt work. Might bring up the flashdrive on the desktop after waiting 10 mins...but it you accidently touch it a little or move your laptop it will disconnect.

point less to get this. I am unable to use my macbook cover with this on and so its kind of annoying. I ended up by individual adapters rather than having this bulky thing that feels like its gonna break off one day.

Anything connected via hub would frequently disconnect, even when computer was stationary. Exchanged first hub I bought thinking the issue may have been specific to that hub, but had same issues with 2nd one.

Overall the concept was there but it does not fit tight into the thuderports, this is the same issue with not only mine but my mom has the same issue. I upgraded to the more expensive version and it fits much nicer.

Since this has to be aligned when you connect it's not a robust connection. Also makes for intermittent connections, especially when you don't have both the laptop and this module sitting on a flat surface
