Worked fine for the first 6 months or so, now the HDMI is not working, all the other ports work, but there are now not enough for my dual monitor setup. Do not waste your money, $70 gone...POOF!

Don’t waist your money!!! I bought this 2 times because it don’t even last for one year!!! The camera’s card and hard drive connections stops working from nowhere... Don’t recommend at all.

I bought this Hub for my new apple but it did not seem to stay engaged with the computer so I had to change it for a different type. Every time I checked my computer it indicated that it was not being charged through the Hub.

This is the second one purchased. First one didn’t work, ordered a second figuring it might just be a bad one, the second one didn’t work and they didn’t wouldn’t let me return the first one. So done

SLOWEST WORST CONNECTION EVER! Overheats the ports on your computer. When I plug in my phone over night to charge it only gets to about 30% battery. Biggest waste of money.

massive interference with my Bluetooth mouse connection, so I got an RCA and problem solved. I hate that HyperDrive hub... How could they not know about the Bluetooth problem???

I only bought this because I liked the idea of a flush and seamless look but now regret the decision loses ejects when it whats to and feels very flimsy.

Worked well for 3 months, but now one of the thunderbort ports stopped working in the worst way - by quickly connecting and ejecting my hard drives over and over.

Didn’t work at all for me. MacBook didn’t even register it being connected. I made sure the drivers were all up to date and everything. Don’t waste your money, buy the Apple made peripherals instead.

Good idea. Lots of needed types of adapters, but clunky, hard to insert/remove, issues with disconnection, bits that plug into computer don't support weight well.

I was really looking forward to using this. I securely attached it to my new MacBook Pro & the HyperDrive light came on, but it didn’t power my Apple external CD/DVD drive.

This Hyperdrive port is not the best. Design could be better to function and fit in multiple areas. Constant pain to plug up and take out

I have the laptop MacBook Pro and when connecting the hyperdrive to the laptop, I noticed it’s loose and doesn’t even connect at all no matter how level I put the drive.

While it does the job, it does not stay tight and sometimes has to be adjusted to make a good connection. Why can't they put the usb ports back on the computer? Annoying.

No response whatsoever. I've been traveling extensively. Hopefully BB lets me return this item. I have a MacBook Pro Model A 1989. Purchased Spring 2019.

horrible product ive had it less than a year and it dosent work i have to put like a peace of paper under it so it can work

I'm actually disappointed with this product, the slightest movement pulls it out of my MacBook, and it gets very hot while using the HDMI port and USB port. Returning!!

The USB port worked fine but HDMI port did not work for second monitor. Attached to MacBook Pro 15’ 2017. Apple certified HDMI port works fine with monitor.

Device connects but you have to put the comp at an angle for it to stay plugged into the MacBook. Not a good design between Apple MacBook and this device.

Stopped working after using it a few months. Contacted Best Buy, then the company. Tried several suggestions. Still doesn't work.
