Nice one as the color matches the laptop and also it doesnot have the connecting wire so doesn't hang out and easily movable along with the laptop.

Great for use with my new MacBook Pro side it only has USB-C connections. The one device gives me regular USB spots without sacrificing USB-C (it has those too) plus has the SD card slot I use a LOT. Added HDMI spot in the rear of the controller has been great for pulling video to the TV for church & other videos.

Works good, it does what it is supposed to do. The only thing I have noticed, is that it gets pretty hot. I have only used it with my MacBook plugged in, iso I am not sure how it might drain the battery.

The HyperDrive for MacBook Laptops is a great accessory that makes this computer so much more accessible. Without this accessory, you would have to buy and use so many adapters to plug everything into your laptop. This contains many different outlets in one small piece. Absolutely recommend for all MacBook pro users.

Got a new Mac book pro and ofcourse it didn’t have the ports I needed and Apple hub is VERY poorly rated! Even on the Apple site by loyal apple fans. So after researching carefully I bought this hyperdrive hub and love it! Fits securely and works flawlessly. Thanks to bestbuy customers who left reviews which helped me find this product!

This is a really nice USB-C hub for the Macbook Pro's. Hard to beat the versatility that this hub offers in such a compact form factor. It is a little more expensive but, when it comes to a $2500 macbook pro I am willing to pay the extra for quality if it means I'm not going to try the device.

I go back to my MacBook Pro often for work. It's just so convenient. Having said that, I'm disappointed in Apple for not including other ports for devices. This seems to work fine, but it doesn't stay in the MacBook very well.

The finish is nice and it matches the Space Gray of the MacBook Pro reasonably well, but I took it with me on a business trip last week and found it of limited usefulness. Once plugged in, the slightest movement or jostling of the hub causes a disconnect with the computer. This was particularly frustrating while trying to swap devices or SD cards, as you cannot help but cause SOME movement of the hub while unplugging and replugging other devices. If you set the computer on a flat surface and plug the hub (and any other devices) in ONCE and never move it, I'm sure it's fine... but that also limits its usefulness. For me at least. And this was on a one-day-old MacBook Pro, so it's not like the ports on the computer were loose/sloppy. The Hyperdrive hub just doesn't seat itself very securely. I'll be returning it and sticking with a normal dongle-type hub that connects via a short cable, to allow for SOME flexibility/movement.

This is basically a requirement if you buy a MacBook Pro, in my opinion. The hyperdrive is the only way that I am aware of to use anything USB or memory card related with the computer. I haven’t had any problems with it, works as it’s supposed to, I think it should have included directions-I had to figure out on my own the SD card goes in upside down.

Quality product to keep older accessories compatible with the forced upgrades Apple incorporates in new products. Would have provided a better rating but I thought the device is overpriced.
