Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the HyperDrive 7-Port USB C Hub's numerous USB ports, ease of use, and compact size, finding it convenient for expanding their MacBook's connectivity. However, some customers express concerns regarding compatibility issues, the price point, connection stability, and the device's tendency to generate heat. The sleek design is frequently praised. Despite some drawbacks, many appreciate the added ports and user-friendliness.

Provides good expansion for a variety of ports, but the device is a bit clunky sticking out the side of the computer. A little pricey, but functional.

I don't know what I'd do without it. Has all the necessary ports. The only thing that made me give it 4 stars, versus 5, is that the color doesn't 100% match my MacBook

after trying so many attempts to find the right adapter for the new macbook pro, this one finally does the trick. HDMI, sd/microsd, USB 3 and USB-C. Most others don't do HDMI well, I had to restart my computer after disconnecting or the picture would be messed up. This one works perfectly.

I purchased it for my daughter in college and she loves it. She can plug in everything she needs and not worry about her items dying while doing homework.

Everything you need for a fully functional laptop. I am now able to charge devices and also use an HDMI cord to mirror my screen onto the television. Most useful accessory for all Mac laptops.

This thing is absolutely awful. It doesn't stay in the USB-C ports well at all and constantly looses connection. You have to have the PC on a perfectly flat surface and even then, you will loose connection. I can't recommend this to my worst enemy. just buy the adaptors from Apple, they work as expected. This thing, garbage. I fully regret ever buying it. It was recommended by the Bestbuy employee who sold me my MacBook Pro, but obviously he has never tried to use the device in a real world setting.

A little high in price but worth it. Solid construction and rated to handle 90w - the knock-offs I looked at were half the price but could not handle the full power of charging the laptop. All the accessories you bought - and even the new iPhone - can now be connected.

I purchased a new MacBook Pro for my wife and was surprised to find it was lacking in Port options. Not even her iPhone X could be plugged into her new laptop so I picked up this hub. Well built and expands the machine's functionality. Works great

The hyperdrive is an excellent purchase. I used it frequently until I lost it---plan to repurchase. Multi-connections made it easy to use and connect multiple Iphones for charging, and allows HDMI connection to a larger screen.

I gave this product a try (over months). I mailed to the manufacturer with detailed description regarding the poor/loose connection and the fact that it won't recognize my Apple USB keyboard, which works fine with my wife's Apple Adaptor. The product came back with two rubber pads to put under the HyperDrive to keep it level. USB keyboard still doesn't work. Apple costs more, but their stuff works.

I purchased this for a 2017 MacBook Pro with Touchpad and it's been great! I use it to connect to HDMI cables for presentations and I frequently use the card readers! In my opinion, it's a necessary first accessory for any new MacBook/MacBook Pro purchaser.

This drive is great for multiple media sources. However the way it conn6 to my lap top is sketchy. I will dis engage and ruin compies if not careful. It's done this to me on multiple occasions. I would prefer a device that attaches with a single thunderbolt line with a hub attached to the line like a dongle. I've had to restart media copies and deletions to many times when the device detaches slightly by drooping.
