I'm so glad I don't have to carry around dongles for every accessory I want to use with my new MacBook Pro. However, in order to use this adapter I have to remove the bottom of the plastic shell that is protecting my MacBook. Since the adapter must be pushed all of the way into the USB-C ports, it has to be flush with the side of the MacBook, which does not work when I have the case. More than a minor inconvenience and irritant.

I'm happy with the product and I will recommend it to fellow students

If you have the new Mac Book Pro (2 or 4 ports) then you will need this. It's a good product if you still have the regular USB port. It also have HDMI if you need to hardwire your computer to a screen.

Well leavebit to Apple to come up with this money making idea. They have you when it comes to adding on to your computer.

This is a really sleek device that allows me to connect multiple devices, monitors, USB and Firewire. Awesome value for money especially given a lot of the Mac Accessories are expensive.

This hub is amazing because I use my MacBook for work and it allows me to plug in other accessories and things while still keeping with the sleek design of the MacBook. Perfect for what I needed!

Really expands the options for your MacBook Pro. A mini dock that is ultra portable. Highly recommended accessory!

This fits nicely into the two USB C Thunderbolt slots on the end of the Macbook Pro. This has two USB C and two USB 3 slots, HDMI, and SD and Mini SD slots. Very useful and not obtrusive. I really like this.

Hard to insert and not the most secure feeling connection but it does what it's supposed to. Works well on MacBook Pro 15"

I just plugged it in to my computer and all the ports functioned perfectly. This is so much more convenient than having several dongles hanging off the side of the computer and still not having enough ports.

So you buy this and then still have to buy another adaptor to hook it to your original thunderbolt monitors. Not impressed for the money, less impressed with the mac’s ports.

Ive used all of the adaption ports many times without flaws. Easy to connect and disconnect into the USB-c ports. Only reason its getting 4 stars is because when plugged in it is a bit flimsy. I believe this is on the Mac end but it just scars me. one day I might it is wrong and bust off the ports inside the computer. It is not too flimsy so don't think its a cheap piece of junk. It works very well and it is secure when plugged in.

A must item for Mac Pro! It’s quite handy for charging phone and to connect the usb

I bought it after seeing a sale price at BESTBUY. It has Ben so useful! I have connected everything to my laptop, from a lamp to a printer, without having to disconnect any plugs.

A clean looking device that works well. It is not a hanging dongle like it’s competition which is a plus because hanging dongles can increase the risk of getting caught on things.

The HyperDrive is the best thing ever invented since Apple all but removed every port on their MacBooks. It has the right number of ports that I need for everything I use. And when I travel, I don't leave home without it!
