It does the job but honestly I hate it. It got really loose over time and now I have to tape it onto the computer to stay on. Not sure if that's the fault of the computer (terrible idea for Apple to have made the port this way), or this product, or a combination, but it's just not a great setup. It works great in terms of connecting other devices, but that issue of it coming loose is really bad.

My wife needed a REAL adapter instead of a dongle for her MacBook Pro. This adapter has as all the needed inputs and outputs and only costs $30 more than the Apple dongle.

THIS HUB IS AMAZING !!! I love usb flash drives and this allows me to hook it up so easily and really expands your options. has HDMI, SD card slot 2 USB and micro SD slot, and 2 lighting ports.

I'm using this with my new MacBook Pro and I really like that if you want to have everything plugged into a single device and then when I get to the office I simply plug the hyperdrive in. I was a bit surprised that it did not have mini display port, so I lost the ability to extend my desktop to two external monitors, but it still is an acceptable solution. Perhaps I will buy a second one for the right side and plug my other monitor into the HDMI port on the second device

They matched the color nicely. It fits seamlessly into the slots. Works great. Better design than having a dongle.

This device does exactly what it supposed to do. It’s small and easy to store, plugs in automatically and all the peripherals work through it. I would definitely recommend this to anybody.

Annoying that you need to buy one of these to use the new MacBooks. Except for VGA, this has all the extra ports that you might need. I bought a VGA adapter separately for presentations at work.

This product is very useful and has a lot of different ports which I appreciate. However, it doesn't fit around my laptop case, which is a bit impractical. Also, one of the HDMI ports makes a rather annoying high pitch noise when it's connected (probably a defect), so I typically only use the other one.

This hub is one of the best on the market. It's a bit bulky but essential for all of the available ports.

Outstanding for connecting other accessories such as external drives, USB cards, etc. Really comes in handy, especially the card slots for photo importing.

This little gizmo has been a great addition. Gives me all the connectors I need to travel with my laptop…HDMI, both USB types, etc. I love it

Works for what it’s meant to do. Not much special I guess seeing as it’s a necessity if you want to use anything that needs to be plugged in.
