New Mac computer didn’t have a flash drive connection. Had to purchase this item in order to save or upload files via flash drive. Works fine.

The device does what it says it does, but the coloring does not match the MacBook as well as advertised.

This was such a great idea. Ultimately I ended up returning it as my case interfered with it. That was too bad because it was very useful.

This product is EXPENSIVE, but you will get your money's worth if you need the ports. I use it every day, and I haven't had a single issue.

My son does a lot of video editing. Those files can quickly use up his 128gb hard drive on his MacBook Pro. Please note that the new Apple laptops doesn’t include a USB port. You will need one of these adaptors for portable drives, micro SD cards, and lightening cable to charge your phone! Wish the space grey color was an exact match to the space grey laptop.

the hyper drive provides a very nice set of options for additional connections but it is difficult to maintain the connection between the computer and the hyperdrive. very little movement of the computer or connected cables can break the hyper drive connection. Useful when working at a desk.

It works well for school and work! Having multiple usb drives are helpful with an HDMI cord. Doesn’t work with my case but overall love it!

This is far too expensive just for being an adapter tool for macbooks. I bought this for my girlfriend because she really needed it. She needed one with an hdmi port so that she could use another monitor. When we had initially tested out the hdmi port, it wasn't working at all although light was coming on. We weren't sure why, so we sent it in to the manufacturer and they gave us a new one. New one comes in and the same thing happens. Manufacturer can't diagnose why and until we go to the Apple store to test it out. We figured out why. They said it had to do with the HDMI cable because when they had connected, it worked. But that wasn't really the problem; it was the monitor we were trying to connect to. There's no disclaimer or any info that it doesn't work with 4k monitors or gaming displays. It works with 'regular' monitors. I was testing this on my MSI monitor the whole time and I wasn't able to figure out why until we exhausted almost all solutions. Anyway, I'm pretty sure you can get one 2.5x cheaper. This product is way too expensive for what it is. What makes it more expensive is because it includes an hdmi port, but sadly it's not a hdmi port that supports all monitors. I saw one on Amazon for $30 bucks and it works perfectly fine, even with my gaming display.

I have the ease to multitask and plug in different necessities with this amazing attachment. Completely worth the money well spent.

If you have a Mac Book you know the pain of only having 2 power C ports. This item gives you 2 USB and additional ports.

The extra ports are super helpful. Work like a charm
