Perfect choice for our vacation home. we have to have a complete computer work station, this completes our system and is perfect.

This is far too expensive just for being an adapter tool for macbooks. I bought this for my girlfriend because she really needed it. She needed one with an hdmi port so that she could use another monitor. When we had initially tested out the hdmi port, it wasn't working at all although light was coming on. We weren't sure why, so we sent it in to the manufacturer and they gave us a new one. New one comes in and the same thing happens. Manufacturer can't diagnose why and until we go to the Apple store to test it out. We figured out why. They said it had to do with the HDMI cable because when they had connected, it worked. But that wasn't really the problem; it was the monitor we were trying to connect to. There's no disclaimer or any info that it doesn't work with 4k monitors or gaming displays. It works with 'regular' monitors. I was testing this on my MSI monitor the whole time and I wasn't able to figure out why until we exhausted almost all solutions. Anyway, I'm pretty sure you can get one 2.5x cheaper. This product is way too expensive for what it is. What makes it more expensive is because it includes an hdmi port, but sadly it's not a hdmi port that supports all monitors. I saw one on Amazon for $30 bucks and it works perfectly fine, even with my gaming display.

the hyper drive provides a very nice set of options for additional connections but it is difficult to maintain the connection between the computer and the hyperdrive. very little movement of the computer or connected cables can break the hyper drive connection. Useful when working at a desk.

Amazing product, comes with a little pouch that you can easily store in a back pack if you have school, work or anything! Love it

Bought this for my son to go with his new computer for college. It is a must have to be able to use thumb drives for projects. The extra ports, etc.

I love how thin our new laptops are, but the expense is this thing. Super useful now and then. Light enough the rest of the time

great item for usb-c computers. all these ports work, albeit i’m not sure they all work at the same time. either way, it works!

His thing is great bc it has all the ports I need. It covers both of the usb-c ports on one side of my MacBook Pro but it also has usb-c ports on it as well. It’s a great tool for all the connections I need since my laptop lacks them. Tho the price is pretty expensive. I got 25% off of it when I bought 3 accessories w my laptop tho so that was nice.

This accessory is a little ridiculous now that apple requires it to use USB, HDMI, etc. when it is not even there product and charging more money. It does not stay in as well as id like it to and you cannot have a case on the bottom of the laptop or it will not lay flush with the computer meaning it will not be plugged in all the way.

At first I was worried because I thought it wouldn't fit, and I didn't want to force it and potentially ruin my new MacBook. Someone online said that it took a little push so I went ahead and it did work. I've only used it to connect a keyboard via USB and I've had no issues! Glad it came with a little sleeve to keep it safe.

I am able to charge. The laptop and also use my printer

I can't think of a device that I use more than this one. It matches my MacBook pro color and fits quite snuggle.
