Great for first time Mac user

Works very well, quite fast connections. Have to remove case from laptop to get full plugin capability so will remove some edging on case for computer. Overall quite satisfied in several use times and recommend. Comes with nice case to ease pocket or purse transport.

You basically have to take out the entire adapter and then pull apart your USB device from the USB socket on the adapter. Other than that it works as you would expect it to.
