The HyperDrive - USB Type-C works as described and is great for travel. I bought it after returning a more expensive "dock" that did not work with my Mac Book Pro.

It’s the best option compared to the other brands. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting an adapter that’s against/attached to their laptop.

Nice travel dock for the price. Built solid and looks great on the MBP. There are bigger ones out there but for the price you can’t beat it.

I was caught in a pinch, fully aware, when my computer needs surfaced. In order to have a seemless user experience you need an adaptor to continue using your older accessories such as external hard drives. The potential damage of using this device is on the pressure it has on the two USBC ports and how wobbly the hub is rested in the USBC ports. Outside of the price, this hub does have a few positives such as a built on micro sd card slot. Overall the hub is good at best.

Well, did I think that Apple would just let me plug in my standard USB? This adapter works very well, but it adds to the cost of using the laptop.

I like this so that I can use other ports on my computer, but it is a little bulkly. I like that it came with a bag so I can keep it protected.

Because I was forced to purchase a new MacBook Pro which died on me (yeah, 2011 model ) I was also forced to buy a USB Hub to complete what the new laptop was missing! This product was reasonably priced and it is simple to plug in and use. Simple and functional.

This was the best looking dongle at the store and I'm really happy with it so far. The HDMI port being on the back of the hub is a really great location because it helps with cable management. I've only used the USB-A's and the HDMI port but so far so good!

Two ports are not enough on the 13” MacBook Pro, this solves the problem. Does not get to hot and has all the port you need.

This game not was good to connect several devices, but I gotta as not able to utilize it while my MacBook was inside its icase

Turns out it’s not as easy to use as I was thinking. Haven’t used it yet because haven’t had the time to figure it out. Heard it’s really great though....

I have a love hate relationship with this, but it definitely does its job. When I hate it it's because I forgot it somewhere and can't use any cables because of the macbook. But it's a great product, build nicely.

Moved from 2013 MacBook Pro 15" to 2018 MacBook Pro 13" and had no choice but purchase this device (or one like it) to use ports I have had previously. Young salesman at Best Buy who sold me the MacBook recommended this product and it's working fine.

I really like however I tried uploading photos from my memory card from my camera and the photos would not upload, let alone load on the laptop itself.

There are nicer than the standard Mac A/V adapters and work very well. However, they do not play the nicest with some of the Mac peripherals.

I am so glad I got this for my MacBook Pro, I was able to load images off the SD card from my camera, plug in my mouse charger and I am not sure what the other ports are for but I guess if need be I will find out! It comes with a very handy storage case too.

I like hyperdrive. But I have to remove the computer cover every time I use it. Not well planned out.

This is a must have for the new Macbooks, boo no USB ports on the new Macbooks. The hub is easy to connect and not cumbersome at all. Connection is solid, doesn't move around at all. Also have good connection to my USB charger as well.

Expands the ports on a MacBook Pro -- it did what I needed it to do. Sold it when I sold my MBP

Product is not worth 100 bucks. I would get the same product in amazon for 30+ dollars.
