Does not fit very tightly. Have to adjust every now and then. Disconnects easily when bumped.

Comes in handy so I can plug multiple things in that use a USB port and it makes it easy to upload info from a memory card.

Item works great. But it is not designed to work with Mac book plastic cover and protector.

Works fine, but needs to fit just so (no laptop cover or nearby cords can interrupt its proximity).

My daughter love this because her laptop doesn't have the attachment availabilities. She is now able to attachments everything she need for all her school projects.

I purchased a different one then tried this unit and this was much better only thing I wish it had was an Ethernet port

If you buy a MacBook Pro this hub is a must. Bit pricey, yes. But high quality and a very neccessary accessory.

This hub works really well but doesn't work with a hard shell / protective case.

I like the amount of extensions and connectors but it didn't work with a DVI-HDMI connector.

The J5 Create has provided me with versatility in using my computer. Didn’t realize that having the capability to use a thumb drive and streaming from computer to tv was so important. The device has created new possibilities.

I just bought a new laptop, but still had a lot of accessories that have the traditional USB. This is exactly what I needed, it works great and there was been no difference in functionality.

This hyperdrive works well but is a bit pricey. I do like the fact that it has multiple adapters in one device.

I am not very impressed with this device. I only can use it as a usb port to charge. Cannot import from a USB to laptop with mine.

This is a perfect adapter to connect another devices to my MacBook Pro. The best thing I like about this adapter is there is no cable between the laptop and adapter, it’s directly attached to it.

This has been a great hub for me. The only thing that would make it better is if it had one more USB slot.

Little did I know when I bought my new computer that it had a completely different USB port than all my other devices. This USB C hub is the perfect solution for connecting to all my older plugs in one very small and easy step.

Better stuff on Amazon that looks just as nice and works just as well, for cheaper

The HyperDrive was recommended by the Apple store as a great product for port replication on the MacBook Pro laptop. it works great, adding the additional ports I need to connect all the peripheral devices I use.

connection was loose. Did not stay on laptop when plugged in. C connector was bad.

The HyperDrive barely connects to the Apple MacBook Pro. You have to push the adaptor connector ALL the way into the computer, as far as it can possibly go, to get the electrical connection. Same applies to some accessory devices when connecting to the adaptor. e.g. my brand new Apple USB Super Drive (DVD player) does not connect; ever! I have informed HyperDrive of this, but no acknowledgement of the problem.
