Beware of battery!

If not for this issue the Massager is really great. I took a chance with this purchase even after the negative battery reviews. Will return to store. At this price point it needs to be better than this.

More than I was looking for

Posted .Hi there! We apologize that the hypervolt 2 did not suit your needs. We would suggest applying less manual pressure and using the cushion (our softest) attachment. If it is still too much, we would suggest going for the Hypervolt GO instead which has less power.

Don't skimp and buy a budget version

Do not go buy a budget version of a percussion massage device, it will break very fast and it will not have the correct throw rate.

Poor Quality Control

Red light pulsed as described for initial charge for 14 hours, never turned green, and device would not turn on. Mind boggling for something to flat out not work brand new out of the box.

I have been charging it for 5+ hours, still on red. Im going to go on a whim here, and discontinue with them and move over to a different brand.

Defective Item and Terrible Customer Service

Best Buy refunded the original sale price, then wanted me to pay the higher price to repurchase it, rather than giving me a replacement for a defective item.
