It has a very premium feel and the grip design is pretty straightforward. The 3 power modes are pretty intense, i wish there were a softer setting as it sometimes is too intense on the muscles and near joints as you are still trying to figure out the zones you want to it. It can sometimes be jarring when you hit a low muscle area and the setting is pretty strong even when on the lowest setting. Overall it does feel great on a day when you are sore or are working out knots or kinks. It has enough massage heads for every need.

I purchased the other model a long time ago and gave it to a friend in need. The day after I had some back issues again is the reason i purchased my second one over time.

There are no words for how much it has helped me get rid of stubborn muscle knots and feel looser and more relaxed. I returned the product to a local Best Buy 11 days ago and I am still waiting for my credit to post to my credit card account
