You need two people to hold it in place. This one is so much lighter and easier to use. I also love that it’s cordless!

My son wrestles and I’m in CrossFit and after years of having a pure wave massage gun, buying this made that one feel like nothing! We took it to Disney and it SAVED us!!! He’s 15 and said after using it, this is a gamechanger! He’s right! It’s the best. Just buy it and see for yourself! Only thing is that it’s difficult to get your own back but we help each other out.

Hyperice percussion massage gun

I use it 2-3 times a day for a short "massage" to help with my hip pain. It is easy to use and my only regret is that I didn't buy it earlier!
