Pros, 1. I got it on a Black Friday deal $10 cheaper. 2. It's great for playing games and using my computer with the lights out and in dim lighting because I can see the keys. 3. The keyboards letters, symbols and numbers have not seemed to rub off as easily as other keyboards I've had. 4. The RGB selection for programming the lighting is decent. Cons, 1. I wish it came with a longer cord because I'm running it from my couch to my computer. Too bad there really are any wireless RGB keyboards(nothing I've seen that are practical). I had to get an extension cord, but it works. All in all for the price and quality It's reasonable and works well for gaming(especially at night and in the dim lighting). It's a good keyboard, but I wouldn't call it great. If you're on a budget I'd recommend it, if you're a hardcore gamer perhaps spend more and get a high end Corsair model.

I am fascinated with this keyboard! We are a gamer home and he has something like this so I wanted something similar but not too expensive and this was perfect!!! I love how they keys feels nothing too crazy! And the lights are great! I thought they would heat up but nope! Definitely a good starter !

This keyboard was a Christmas present from my wife. I really love it. I was just looking for one with a backlight, so I could use it in a dark room (I'm not a touch-typist), but this does so much more. The lighting choices are so generous and the keys themselves feel really solid.

I had to replace a low priced gaming keyboard because the cord which was small broke inside the cord So having a briaded cord on the HyperX - Alloy Core RGB Wired Gaming Membrane Keyboard with RGB Lighting was key factor in the purcahase decision Also the plug and play and watching a few viidoes made it easy I was going to buy a higher priced keyboard but being a lower price I was to get a new mouse too! It was easy to set up The cord feels heavy duty . The keys have a nice feel Many RGB effects are available .

This is the third keyboard like this I bought for my kids. They love it. The keyboard lighting is split into 5 zones that can be changed as needed. The keys are “loud”, but not so loud that it’s annoying or distracting to the other users in the room. They use this keyboard with their Mac mini. The software of the Mac allows them to program the keys of this to keep their shortcuts working.

Works very well so far. The colors are amazing, it has all the keys I needed, and it's got great responsiveness. Some of the keys (left shift mainly what I noticed) are a bit less sensitive than others, but everything else is perfect.

This keyboard is extremely comfortable and fun to use. Your hands don't hurt when you write with it, you can fill very well the keys, it also has very nice color effects, allowing you to choose the color of it and change it at will. Overall this keyboard is excellent for playing games and working, I recommend it. PS: the price could be a little bit less, but it is still really worth buying it.

Best bang for your buck. Legit RBG controls and good feel. Already told my friends about it.

This keyboard is awesome.it lights up with different colors,keys feel smooth,excellent gaming keyboard or for everyday use.

It's nice that some keyboards can let you change the lighting setting without software. This one is easy to set and holds that setting indefinitely. I would highly recommend it again especially if you're someone like me who hates mechanical keyboards because they are everywhere

Soft and comfortable keys, and lots of choices for customizing the lights, but I find that on some light settings—like all white, for instance—there’s a distinct whistle like faint electrical feedback. Found it really annoying so I’m sticking with all green for now which looks great. Not really gaming with this. I use it for work and usually turn off the room lights when I’m on camera in a meeting but then can’t see my keys, so the lights are perfect. Also, it’s quieter than my previous one which people said made me a “loud typist.” If not for the whistle I’d have scored this higher.

It’s a great budget keyboard for both gaming and regular use. I recommend this if you’re just starting your journey into gaming on mouse and keyboard. It’s not super high quality but it’s good enough for games with a good pace.

Sturdy Keyboard, Should not have to replace it. I love the lighting on the keys, I can use it in the dark.

It's a keyboard with a very nice feel when you are typing. I got it because I like to 'pound ' on keys. The recent just touch keyboards are not to my liking. This one has its origin as a keyboard for gaming and that means it lights up -- 9 different colors. Since I am not gaming I just turn off the lights, and bang away. But it does rotate through the 9 colors on command. The cost was modest. The 'banging' feels good. I am very pleased with the keyboard.

Keys have a good tactile feel for being plastic. The sounds is audible if you strike semihard, not the same clack as a mechanical keyboard gives, but great for a membrane. Lighting is good, colors are good. For the price you can't go wrong. It is heavy for its size.

Before I got this, I watched almost every Youtube video about mechanical keyboards. Never had one. Seeing all these Youtubers tout on the greatness and the absolute necessity of having a mechanical keyboard, I went ahead and bought one. It was too loud to type on. Even the so-called "quiet" one was too loud. I usually use my computer when my my wife is already asleep so I don't want to wake her up with all the clickity clackity noise. But I want the RBG lighting! Then I discovered this keyboard. It fit the bill. Nice colorful lights! Very quiet. The feel of the membrane key presses when typing is what I'm used to I don't have to learn to like something new and different. It's got useful volume buttons which I constantly use. Get it if you want colorful lights with quiet typing experience.

Solid keyboard at a very good price. I went from using a SteelSeries Apex 7 w/brown mechanical switches to this while waiting on a replacement Apex 7. At first I noticed the difference between the two keyboards (favoring the Apex) but the more I use the HyperX the more I like it. The keys have a good feel. RGB effects are decent but nowhere near the Apex 7 (we are also talking about a $30 keyboard vs a $159 one). Get the 2 yr Geek Squad warranty and you have a great everyday keyboard.
