Then when I started typing, it would perform other fuctuons like highlight words that were near my cursor or perform the "Enter" function without me hitting the key. I contacted customer service and they showed me how to reset the keyboard, but that only worked for a couple of days and then it went back to messing up.

Terrible key latency to where it makes it impossible to do anything. Not able to adjust any settings to fix it. After reviewing online forums, many have had this issue with the keyboard over time as well. Waste of money

We don't advertise NGENUITY compatibility with the keyboard as unlike our mechanical keyboards, all RGB controls are onboard the Alloy Core RGB membrane keyboard via keyboard shortcuts. For specifics, please reach out to our support team or take a look at the user manual starting on page 6.

Very disappointing product

Forcing an update of drivers and a factory reset of the keyboard to default settings did not solve the issue. Don't waste your money on this product

Keys eventually stopped responding when pressed, and other times keys would act as if they were being held down. After looking up reviews, this is a common issue with this model.

Only good thing was the online associate who helped me place the order to begin with. Simple order took almost an hour to complete due to issues with bank and address for delivery.
