I bought this for work since it was shown to be plug and play. I also rotate consoles every day I work. The first computer it worked flawlessly! I customized my colors and the typing got smoother through the day. The second computer was a different story I plugged it in, it lit up, and it…didn’t really do anything else. I could change colors and brightness but not type. Checking my devices list it was showing as an unknown device with a driver error. I attempted to troubleshoot this, in limited work computer capacity, to no avail.

I bought the keyboard for my kids. They love it. The keys do have a soft press to it, but still responsive. it isn't as great as mechanical keys. It has great weight to the keyboard itself and the RGB isn't to bad either. The HybperX software to control the RGB doesn't recognize the keyboard. So, I will have to research more on the light control. Other than that, the overall experience is great.

Wife and I had hard time seeing keyboard when the white lettering wore off, needed to get something with light so we got this keyboard. Works very weel and on sale at the time. Just love it

Big fan of this keyboard! Still has the mechanical feel without being so loud I wake my neighbors. Properly sensitive to touch and works very well for any game I play, or just typing for work.

I love this keyboard. I am not a gamer but I work in the dark and this keyboard was perfect for that. I didn’t need harsh lights all day to do my work.

I bought this product in-store and got the same discount I am new to pc and it was super easy to use I just plugged it in and it started working so no stress trying to set it up thank you Best Buy employees with helping me and being awesome!

This actually is a very nice keyboard. It is heavy, keys have a nice feel and it is lit up very well. It does everything I expect it to, What else could one ask for...5 stars

Have had this keyboard since early 2020. It still works great honestly. Sometimes the space bar is a little loose, but taking it apart/cleaning it usually fixes it.

This keyboard is the best hands down. The key board is position perfectly and easy to see with lighted key board do not waste your money on any cheap key board this one is the best I have ever used.

It's large enough my hands don't feel confined for space. The RGB was a neat add on, at 1/3 the cost of the nearest RBG keyboard! Will be buying these again should i ever need a new one

Bought it for work and to relieve elbow and wrist strain actually lived up to my purchase. Would I recommend this yes I definitely would especially if you're looking for a comfortable keyboard.

Solid keyboard, easy to use and have had zero issues with it for years. Use it for work, gaming, you name it. If only all products were this hassel free!

I might be returning this item. I downloaded the recommended app and I still cant get the settings to change on the keyboard. Using just the keys, I can change a few things, but I can't get the colors to stop flashing. If you like bright and flashy, you might love it. I just wanted a warm background glow.
