Not a mechanical keyboard but the keys have enough feedback and travel to be good for gaming. It is also an excellent keyboard to type on. Did I mention it is quiet too. I was disappointed at first that HyperX RGB software does not support this model. However, the built key combo allows me to easily configure the lighting effect I want.

This was a recent upgrade over a Red Dragon keyboard that I returned because it never worked. Great value, and ease of use. The upgrade over the entry level Red Dragon saved me headaches and time. It was truly simple plug and play, which the Red Dragon was not. I would recommend.

Bought this because I was sick of the small keys on a compact keyboard. I don't game, but this keyboard is awesome. Excellent construction, the keys are nice and smooth, and don't clack too much, but just enough to have a great feel to them. The price is awesome as well. Some of the best $40 I have spend in a long time.

Nice basic keyboard with some nice features. Took me a little whilevtonget used to yhe keyboard as there are more buttons to your right so you have to adjust your keyboard fingervplscement. The light up keybard looks cool. Quiet sturdy. Good balue for uour money

I wanted to replace an electronic key board with flat keys. I found this keyboard and love it. I like the feel of the keys and the backlighting. Very fun but it works well to boot.

Solid and super quiet keyboard. I had a basic keyboard that came with my cyberpowerpc desktop and I was not a fan, but this guy is comfortable and the RGB lights go well with the lights on my case. I work from home and it’s important to keep noise down while I’m on calls and I couldn’t be happier with this guy.

Awesome feel! RGB Lighting is exquisite. Like that the cable is braided for functionality. Best keyboard around at great value.

I love this keyboard! Not only is the price great but so is the keyboard. I cannot tell the difference between this and a mechanical keyboard. SO many functions and color options. The keys are pretty firm and not very quiet, just the way I like it. I recommend this keyboard to any new gamers or even for the office.

The only reason I purchased this keyboard was because it's lighted and to put a little vibrance in my workspace at home and to my surprise, the keys are smooth and have a nice soft bounce to it which is a plus on my hands since I have RA pretty bad.

I have had this keyboard for almost a year. It's used almost daily. The color scheme pattern is limited to the HyperX selections, but I like the options and use the red to purple configuration. This keyboard types pretty quietly and just works. Excellent purchase.

Great keyboard! I'm a casual gamer and was looking for a silent keyboard, and this one fits the bill perfectly. Backlighting is awesome. I would definitely recommend if you don't need mechanical switches. Got it on sale for $30.00. No brainer at that price point.

I have had a few gaming keyboards in my time, and this one is by far the best! The keys are smooth, the lighting is phenomenal, the size and shape of the keyboard fit perfectly on my desk. This keyboard really hit all the marks for me, and what's better is that it was only $50! Great for your setup if you're just getting started.

Quiet keys, very affordable for how good a keyboard this is. By quiet I mean you don't get that typewriter effect you do on mechanical keys you hear on a lot of gaming keyboards. The RBG lights are cool, bright but I usually just leave it on white.
