Got a new high-end gaming rig, and wanted a nice RGB keyboard to complement it. Got the HyperX Alloy Core RGB keyboard. It has a number of colors, and RGB functionalities [breathing, zones, static, rainbow, etc.]. It's pretty easy to cycle through options. Only slightly odd thing about it that the symbols/numbers are arranged side-by-side [1!, 2@, 3#, ..., ;:, '", etc.], rather than top/bottom on the keys, which is a little odd to look at and know which to hit Shift for. That aside, I like the tactile feel and the button travel, and the minimalist function buttons in the upper right [sound/media shortcuts]. Pairs will with the Razer Basilisk v3 mouse I also bought.

It lights up!! Bright and fun colors, yeah! My teenage daughter loves it!

Easy to set up! They keys are soft and easy to push! None of the keys stick and they're easy to see the numbers! My husband also loves that he can change the color of the keys!!

The feel of the keyboard is excellent. The lighting is wonderful, even in no light conditions it doesn't distract from the work being done. Good speed response when doing demanding tasks in tense situations, Solid tactile response under the fingers. Generally very quiet. I'm quite pleased with the purchase. It could use a wrist rest, but other than that, I am pleased to recommend it.

Love this. I'm up all night the background lighting helps so I can play in the dark not to wake anyone

My veteran Uncle loves getting on the computer day and night. He needed a backlit keyboard and this was perfect for him to see all the keys. They light up bright like July 4th fireworks. So many beautiful colors. With the push of a button Rainbow, Red, or even Blue. He loved how easy it was to use, and that it could be used on desktop or a laptop.

I purchased this keyboard given it's "hybrid" (e.g. not mechanical) status. Although it's not as loud as a true mechanical keyboard, it's not exactly quiet. Switches are responsive and I have not had any issues in over 8 months of daily usage (both gaming and working from home). Still, it's probably not comparatively quiet enough to warrant purchasing this over something with Cherry switches. The RGB is pretty solid, especially at this price point. All-in-all, a great value for the price.

A good keyboard for the price if you don't want to spend $100 on a 'gaming' board. Nice backlit features where you can alter the colors and brightness if wanted. The wire could be a little longer as I really didn't have enough length to route it thru my desk to my laptop docking station. Also, the number/symbols are horizontal on the keys vs. vertical. So it can make it a bit confusing for which symbol is used with 'shift' on keys like =+ and -_ and `~ and {[ etc. The keys have a good feel and response and are fairly quiet. Overall, I like my purchase.

I got this to replace my wireless keyboard that was having weird issues with my computer. This wired keyboard eliminated that problem and while I'm not much of a gamer, the lights are fun when I want to use them. (For anyone concerned, there's an option to turn them off as well.) It's comfortable to use and was super simple to set up, just plugged it in and it was good to go.

Awesome keyboard i had bought a similar priced one on Amazon but i has so many issues with ghosting i was a bit skeptical about it since it was about the same price range but this is definitely a far superior keyboard not one issue yet and the color pattern has more options which was a plus

Plug in and use no setup hassle. Comfortable for typing and not as loud as mechanical keys. I like it.

This keyboard functioned as described, the keys feel good, and doesnt disappoint when gaming. The RGB variable lighting looks great w/ my gaming set up.

I gave it to my little sister. I never had any problems with it. It had everything I needed and looked cool. She likes the colors on it and it looks great on her desk. The quality was good, It's what you think it is. Actually now that I think of it. If I was to get this for myself, and all I had was 30$ and it was the only option. I would probably get it if I didn't have a keyboard. It's nice.

Not gonna make a paragraph, decent keyboard. I do suggest using the stands because having it flat makes it hard to press certain keys.

So far, so good. Very nice KB (but was expecting real alloy frame. I do believe the internals are allow, but the outside is plastic. It is heavy and solid, for a keyboard. (BTW, you CAN change the color of the solid background; function key + arrow keys. Should have been in the instructions)

Never used this brand before but was in a pinch and it was all they had at my local BB. For the price it's definitely worth it. I am using it as I write this review. Cosmetically its still perfect, all the RGB features are still working, and the keys still function just as they did when purchased. Great for the price!
