This keyboard keys are smooth and gives a rich feeling of an very expensive keyboard. The keys are pretty good with low price and high performance. This is the best keyboard for the price range of $65. Very penny spent was worth it.

Here’s a refined version of your review:
“I recently purchased this keyboard and spent the last 24 hours trying to figure out the NGENUITY software because my RGB wasn’t changing colors. After hours of trial and error, I’m happy to say my keyboard is finally working! Here’s a key tip: If you’re using Windows, make sure to turn off Dynamic Lighting in the Personalization settings. This will save you so much time and frustration!”

Great quality, Great looks, and a bunch of after market customization. Even comes with 2 custom keys to start you out. Extremely satisfying clicks and love the rgb that you can even program yourself. For the price this is a steal.

I have always preferred smaller keyboards than a full keyboard and for the price $100 normally $70 on sale this was the best choice the keys feel so smooth and responsive that I find any reason to type on it.

Honestly, this keyboard is fantastic straight out the packaging. It might not be hot swappable but why would you want to mod it to begin with? It’s great the way it is, only mod it needs is the stabilizers and you’re all good!

HyperX Alloy Origins 60
If you’re looking for a compact mechanical keyboard that delivers top-tier performance without taking up a ton of desk space, the HyperX Alloy Origins 60 is easily one of the best options out there.
Build Quality:
This keyboard feels premium right out of the box. The aluminum body is solid and durable, giving it a sturdy weight without being bulky. The double-shot PBT keycaps feel great to the touch and show no signs of fading or wear, even after extended use.
Design & Size:
As a 60% keyboard, it trims down the size by removing the function row, arrow keys, and numpad. While this may take a little time to get used to, the layout is smart and functional. It frees up a ton of desk space, especially helpful for gamers who need extra room for mouse movement or for those working in tight setups.
Performance:
Typing and gaming on the HyperX Red linear switches is a dream. They’re smooth, quiet, and extremely responsive—perfect for both fast-paced gaming and daily typing. With N-key rollover and anti-ghosting, every keystroke is accurate, even during intense gaming sessions.
RGB Lighting & Software:
The RGB backlighting is bright, vivid, and fully customizable. The lighting effects look clean and sharp, especially with the shine-through keycaps. Using HyperX NGENUITY software, you can create macros, adjust lighting profiles, and remap keys. The software is decent—could use some polishing—but it gets the job done without being overly complicated.
Final Thoughts:
The HyperX Alloy Origins 60 offers a great balance of compact design, excellent performance, and durable build quality. Whether you’re a gamer, a minimalist enthusiast, or just want a clean and responsive keyboard, this one is a fantastic choice.
Pros:
• Excellent build quality
• Smooth, responsive HyperX Red switches
• Compact and space-saving
• Vivid RGB with customization options
• Great value for the price
Cons:
• No dedicated arrow keys (common for 60% layout)
• Software could be improved

Great gaming keyboard with nice feeling keys. I bought a razor keyboard before this and the mechanical keys were too laud. This hyperX is the perfect combination of smooth, quiet, and performance. The RBG lighting is also really nice with many different settings.
