Lasted me from Dec of 2022 to Sept of 2023 I never damaged it and it just died on me. Right now its unresponsive I have troubleshooted the issue not my computer not the cable but the keyboard itself. Probably a quality control issue.

This was a big upgrade from the keyboard I had.It’s linear and has red keys so it’s pretty good.

I love the keyboard i recommended 100% you will not regret it

After 5 months the right shift began to fail. Support tried to help and they told me I had to return it. I honestly didn't return it and decided to just disable the key and live with it. 2 months have passed and now the down arrow and the m key are failing. I guess I will contact support and send my keyboard to have it checked. However for the price and brand I expected quality and longevity of duration. My friend also bought this keyboard since I recommended it to him after 5 months his w key is failing. Basically we play games all day now it's unusable. I will definitely not recommend this keyboard to my friends again. I didn't know that the quality of HyperX products was so low. I had high expectations after using HyperX mice and headphones.

HyperX software is useless. It detects the keyboard, tells you theres is a firmware update for it, update fails and it asks if you want to retry. The retry fails and the software doesn't allow to get past this. Restarted my computer, tried different USB ports, and a different computer to no avail. The hardware is really nice and I really wanted it to work, but without being able to take advantage of the keyboard's features, it's not worth it. Ended up returning it, and bought a different one from Optimus Prime.

All good I got it for my son and my son is happy with it, little pricier then others

I've been running this keyboard for a while and like many of the other reviewers have pointed out - keys just stop working. For me, it was the N key. It's strange, as it's not a key I use at all during gaming, just during normal typing usage, which isn't all that often because I use a wireless keyboard for that. I've started the process for a warranty claim - I'm hoping for the best. In the meantime, it's back to the Logi G keyboard with the mega noisy blue switches.

This is a great keyboard. The software is hit or miss, so I ultimately opted to just go with the default schemes on-board. The red switches are smooth and feel nice. I personally opted to apply o-rings to the caps, which means the keys no longer bottom out on the base of the keyboard. This resulted in a much more pleasant typing experience, in my opinion. I'd say this keyboard is worth the price and especially on sale; it's a solid mechanical keyboard and I wouldn't be surprised if their clicky and tactile switches also feel nice in person.

I got the linear version of this keyboard, and I have to say, it's pretty solid for its price. The RGB is bright and the switches are very fast and responsive. The only downside of this keyboard are the stabilizers' rattle. It is pretty excessive, but hey, that's what comes with most gaming keyboards. If you want something good out of the box, here it is.

I'm sorry HyperX, but this keepboard has awful input delay. More times than I count with this keyboard I have pressed a key to perform an action in game and it either won't do it or it takes too long. I really wish I returned this board when I had the chance.

Its aight! cherry mx red is better than hyperX red.

Having issue with the buttons. The design of the buttons makes it hard to strike just the single button i want and i hit the button below it.

First Keyboard I ever purchased for my first PC build and it’s been almost a year now of using it daily still has not failed me ! I didn’t know I could change the colors by holding “FN” and pressing “F1” “F2” or F3 for the three different options about a week ago lol
