    Great RGB, But my G Key does not always actuate

    I love the way the keyboard looks and The key Pressing feedback, but my G key does not work most of the time I press it. I contacted hyperx support and they told me to reset the keyboard by holding FN +ESC for 8 seconds and if that didn’t work to reach out to them. Well, I reached out immediately several times and it seems like they ghosted me. I think if the G key worked properly I would most likely give it a 5 out of 5 rating, but the lack of support brought me down to 1. I might have been unlucky with my keyboard and just have a defective switch, but the Hyperx support has ignored my legitimate complaint. I honestly think it’s a great keyboard for the price, so good luck on not getting a defective switch.

    I have used Corsair k70,Corsair K65 Lux TKL Logitech G915 TKL and Full. I honestly love the feel of this keyboard with the keys! It feels better than the Corsair and the logitech to me and I paid 225 for the Logitech G915 TKL. I wish I would have bought this sooner. My wife loves HyperX and I wanted to try this and its well built from the frame to the keys. Will buy another one when I can.

    Solid keyboard with great mechanical keys. Only thing I don't like is that it does not have a volume knob and you have to use function keys.

    It’s a great keyboard and pretty quiet. I like the colors and the key caps but I don’t like how it’s not a full keyboard, though functionality wise, it’s amazing.
