Posted .Hey there! The Cloud Alpha S has a detachable microphone, so please first make sure the mic is fully seated. There shouldn't be any gap in between the mic and earcup. Next, check the cable connections. Pretty much every cable segment is a detachable piece too.
Plug the headset in via aux instead of USB (just unplug the main cable from USB box) to a phone or tablet and see if the mic still has issue.
Hit up our support team with the headset product info and what you find doing the above, and they should be able to help you get it in working order again.
