Great headset for the money. Had the wired version and decided to upgrade to this one for the wireless. Got really tired of wires and this is one of the best wireless headsets because of its crazy battery life!

Stopped working after a couple weeks didn’t have great connectivity

It was a great headset. Music sounds great. The battery life is great.

The HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless headset is an excellent gaming companion. The battery life really is incredible. I've been using it off and on for a little over a week and I have yet to charge it. It arrived with around 90% battery and I'm around 60% now. Sound quality is what you'd expect from HyperX, similar profile to the wired Cloud Alpha. Punchy bass when you need it and an overall crisp sound. Mic is clear and the mic-monitoring is really great. Works well on PS5 and PC. I love that you can turn it on and off from the headset itself, sometimes if it's only software based I encounter more issues. I did notice a couple disconnects when playing on PS5. All sound cut out and turning the headset on and off did not fix it. I unplugged the USB receiver and plugged it back in, which seemed to fix the issue. This was before an update for the headset and I haven't experienced that since. The NGENUITY software is a little glitchy...have to install from the Microsoft Store. I was using an old beta due to some issues with my HyperX keyboard and the headset was not recognized. Restarted and then it seemed to work and update. Overall, great headset and you can't complain about battery life. Great knowing it will work without having to charge every other day. Also if you happen to have velour pads from the wired Cloud Alpha, those fit and work on these. Lose a touch of bass, but reduce some of the heat. Pros: -BATTERY LIFE!!! -Sound -Mic -Fit Cons: -Some quirks with NGENUITY software -No bluetooth or 3.5mm (knew this going in and doesn't bother me, but good for some folks to know)

Tried it out because people online said the battery life was insane, and they did not lie. Writing this about a month after getting it and I'm charging it for the first time at around 30% battery with heavy use. Aside from that, it's comfortable enough that it doesn't hurt after hours of use. Sound quality is fine. Can't attest to the mic quality since I use a stand alone mic. If you want a solid wireless headset that doesn't end up getting charged every day(like SteelSeries) this is the one for you. I don't plan on replacing it till something breaks

I’ve been using the HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless for gaming on PC and PS5, and overall it’s been a really solid experience. The battery life is the standout feature — I barely think about charging it. I use it regularly, and it still lasts weeks on a single charge, which is a huge plus. Sound quality is clear and well-balanced for gaming. DTS Headphone:X works well for positioning in games, especially shooters, and the wireless connection has been stable with no noticeable delay. Setup was quick and straightforward. The headset is also very comfortable. The memory foam ear cushions feel good, and the headset doesn’t feel heavy, even during long gaming sessions. The detachable microphone is clear for voice chat and does a good job cutting down background noise. One small downside is that it doesn’t have Bluetooth, so it can’t be used directly with a phone. That said, it’s not a deal-breaker if you’re mainly using it for gaming on PC or console. Overall, this is a high-quality wireless gaming headset with excellent comfort and battery life, and I’d definitely recommend it.

I’ve been using the HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless for several weeks on PC and PS5, and it has exceeded my expectations. I bought it for work because I wanted something wireless but with long lasting battery. The battery lasts forever, and it charges relatively quickly. I use the headset 8 hours a day in a call center, the mic quality is awesome, it fits nice and it’s comfortable.

This headset has a 300 hour battery life. This needs to be talked about more. It. Has. A. 300. Hour. Battery. Life. On one charge, it should last me 1 to 2 months! This headset so far is amazing. It is light, it is comfortable, and the sound quality is perfect for gaming. It has a nice feel to it and the build quality is what you would expect from this price point. I had the Astro A50s and the Logitech G Wireless Pro before this. Both had issues within a week. This one is holding strong so far. The ear cups are removable and can be replaced. I don't think anyone would need this as the headset is super comfortable as is. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a gaming headset specifically. Best headset I have owned for gaming by far.

These headphones made me realize my previous ones were no good at all and just loud. These sound so amazing and it's like I am really in my gaming universe, from being in Marvel rivals fighting the opposing and hearing all their steps to Elden Ring is like being in a movie and you're the main character and to top it all I barely have to charge these bad boys and I play every day for at least 3 hours a day (more on my off days obvi) and charge them maybe every other month. I will never have another headphone set, and I've tried a lot but these by far are the best and the most comfortable, staying on my head when I rage out

Previous ones broke, but I liked them so much I bought another to replace it, battery life is good, sound is good, feel is good, just a good pair of headphones, nothing much more to say

OK let me start this off by saying I've tried every single form of gaming headset you can try! i have to wear glasses! cause im blind! these are the first pair I've tried that arent unbearable to have on my head for any frame of time! the audio quality is quite good for the price point . the mic is very clear and works well ! also removable but its very solid while plugged in! now the craziest thing about these headphones. ive had them for 3 weeks! ive played approximately 101 hours of games! 21 in steam pubg/grounded 2 , as well as about 80 hours in wow ! the battery is at 70% which to me is BEYOND insane! This in itself makes them worth more then the price !

Good sound quality for the price point, i charge these headphones once a month and they’re good to go. No issues with connectivity.

The headset is quite light with an extremely robust battery life. At it's maximum volume it is quite sufficient for every task but there is a distinct lack of "loudness". The construction of the headset appears quite solid and sturdy with a comfort level at about a 7/10. The ease of use is seamlessly simple and the range is about standard(my Steelseries Arctis Pro had the same range albeit with a much heavier frame to include the Bluetooth as well). For the price, it offers better than average performance.
