The 300hrs is absolutely true, I've not charged it in over a month

Great set for the price, sounds great when your playing on line and you forget that you have the set on. Totally recommend the wireless one.

good feel, good sound, good comfort. battery life is insane and the only reason im keeping it. on PC DTS audio dose not work, sound eq in ngenuity dos not work. i have installed ngenuity and dts over and over it only works randomly. if i restart my pc over and over maybe on the 20th restart it will work. when the DTS and EQ are running it sounds pretty good. when it dosnt want to work, for the money i think they sound like crap. way to tinny no base no sound stage space. this would be 5 star for sure if the software worked, but it dosnt so this is a very average headset with a good mic and a great battery.

Sounds great, voice chat is good. Battery life is god tier. I unplugged it from 100% on 2/17/23, used it to game every night for at least 4 hours. Usually 6 hours or more, and only got the low battery notification on 3/3/23, after which I continued to take for another couple hours without further battery notifications until I plugged it in again before bed. I am currently using it for remote work and gaming now for the last week ( so about 12-14 hours a day) and since recharging it 3/3/2023 it is still only at 40 percent. It is also lightweight and comfortable considering. I have an industrial piercing in my right ear and many headsets make it sore after extended use, this one doesn't make it hurt in the slightest.

Tye headset is great, and I noticed a massive improvment with the mic when i fownloaded their software and turned on mic monitoring. Also turnj g discord to 200% seemed to fix the quiet issues I had. The battery life is voodoo magic. My last headset requited a charge before each gaming session. I charged this one once, and Im on my 8th game night at 93% battery life.

Have owned for around 8 months now and absolutely love this headset. Battery life truly is insane, I can walk around the majority of my house without losing connection (~1,100 sq ft house, including basement) and the audio is as good as I (a non-audiophile for those that would care) could ask for. I can't speak to the quality of the mic as I use an elgato wave 3 mic, but that's about the only thing I can mention. OH! I've not noticed (heavy emphasis on noticed) an issues with the software for this either! Often times the necessary software is what takes even a good product and makes it terrible (I'm looking at you, Razer) but I've not noticed any issues here!

I bought them because they had amazing battery life and were very comfortable. I would rate them 5 stars if they had 7.1 surround sound too. Other then that they sound still great and feel premium. Definetly worth more money then the turtle beach 600 gen 2 or 700 gen 2.

A very good headset for some folks, but not for me. Easy set up and compatibility. Good sound, though not surround (and not advertised that way). Main issue for me is the closed back setup. While I have always used closed-backed headsets, and from multiple brands, the setup on these is too much. For some that might be a good thing, reducing outside noise without ANC, but for me I get an earache after wearing these for an hour or so. Even after stretching out the headband so there isn't as much clamping force, and switching out the cups for some more permeable aftermarket ones. So if you have trouble with safety earmuffs or similar, you might want to look around.

I already had the seperate microphone from this brand and loved it. These headphones are comfortable even for long wear use and the sound is clear. Good quality for that price!

I bought this headset while it was on sale upgrading from a wireless xbox headset. First the battery on this headset is unrivaled 300 hours hands down beats any headset I ever had. The foam cushion is descent enough that it doesn't tighten around the ears. The frame of the headset is durable yet flexible it actually feels sturdy compared to anything else I ever owned. I had razer, corsair, and xbox and almost all of them had issues with battery life and audio and the wireless distance was horrible. Cloud Alpha worth every dollar!!! Especially when its on sale.

So far so good, have only had the headset for going on a month. Sound is good and defined and the bass is passable for a wireless headset. The hyperx software is simple and intuitive, the battery life and aluminum construction is definitely the selling point for the price. My only complaints are the mic is not as sensitive even with gain upped a couple decibels and the ear cups a tad on the shallow side so the top edge of my ears rub a little on the inside foam but your mileage may vary.

Great quality and good pricing, using on a daily basis, super confortable, made to last, definitely recommend for everyone! Have tried other brands and this is the best.
