I've 2 weeks this headphones with daily use of 1-3 hrs for gaming and still has 90% percent since full charge! Wireless is great, I've gone to the kitchen and still chat with my friend. Has a quick bottom for muting. Only complain is that i feel micro does not stay put and lowers but thats minor.

Most comfortable gaming headset i have worn. I finally here the smallest footsteps in call of duty. I am little frustrated with ps5 it wont auto connect and disconnect. Not sure if its a ps5 or headset issue. And i cant hear my own voice through mic boom. Once again not sure if headset issues or ps5.

After having constant issues with other headphones breaking due to the cable. I decide to get my first Bluetooth headphones. Was honestly impressed with the mic quality and has that typical hyperX comfort. Finally the battery life on this headset is OP.

Cant beat the sound and build quality of this headset. Plus the battery life on this is absurd and really resides with a lazy person as myself because I would forget to charge these if they the battery life of any other headset.

The sound from the headset itself is great. Super simple plug and play. The cups are big and comfortable. Not heavy, but also not too light. Mic quality has been coming out fine. Have already recommended it to a few friends.

I would probably give these 5 stars if it wasn't for one major problem. The sound quality is great, the noise-cancelling is effective, and the battery life is respectable. However, after about 8 months of use, the mic stopped working consistently. It would work for a few minutes and then just stop.

Pretty good headset I’m using it for eft and I can hear everything, the quality of the headset is good it’s comfortable and doesn’t feel cheap like the steel series arctic pro plus

Best gaming wireless gaming headset in a while. I've came from various of gaming headsets from logitech, corsairs, and razor but the HyperX Cloud Alpha beats them by a margin when it comes to gaming and comfort.

I’ve had this headset for 3 days now and am blown away of how nice they feel and overall construction. One small surprise out of the box is that the charging cord is super short and definitely not something you can use to charge while wearing your headset. Please keep that in mind. Also someone posted about ordering wicked cushions because of the shallow pads that it comes with and I have also ordered a set because i am experiencing that same minor annoyance. Now for the part that has me confused as per my title. I too keep getting “charge level 100%” when i turn on my headset and also when i hold it down for 3 seconds to check mid usage. Well i have downloaded the NGENUITY app by hyperx and have checked my battery level through said app. As of writing this i have put give or take 20 hours of having this headset on. On the app my battery percentage is at 91% with est 273 hours left. I do believe that what i am looking at in the app is the correct information and what is being said in the headset is maybe a software issue. Nonetheless this sure as hell is beating any other wireless headset in the market right now and am very happy i purchased them. I would suggest people that have bought this headset to also download the app and see what percentage you are actually on. I hope hyperx fixes this with an update. As soon as that happens i will give them all 5 stars.

Great gaming headset, I play sports games and FPS games and it works really well (especially for R6 sound whoring). The audio is still great after 3 ish years, however my mic itself has definitely declined and goes in and out. Will be getting a new one at some point But price wise, best on the market.

This is the best gaming headset I have ever owned, originally bought these for work but use them for work and for gaming, INSANE battery life I only charge them once every 3 weeks, mic is amazing and headphone quality is amazing

Works great. For the price you're paying the audio quality is reasonable and same with the microphone for a headset mic. The bluetooth range is limited but for a lower price headset it can be ignored.
