The software used for this headset fails to connect most of the time and when you playing for a long period of time, it will disconnect and will not control the volume (Which is what is meant to do with the scroll controller on the back of the unit). Today I tried to connect my headset to the software and something happen during the connection that left my headset bricked, it wouldn't charge and it was unresponsive, and it wouldn't charged (I did tried well known cables that used to work) but no response. I ended discarding this using, and I will be looking into a different brand.

I owned a Hyper X wired Cloud II and thought it was amazing. This headset has clearer sound and a more immersive feel when wearing it. The only downside has been some feedback that caused me to not hear anything as well as a mic failure. Only happened once and cleared when i power cycled the headset.
